“Please please do not use this company. Paid for insurance backed courier service. They wrecked my items which were being returned so they cost me an extra £310. The then proceeded to charge me twice the original fee saying my product had incurred a surcharge but wouldn’t provide any evidence of this. Scammers and conmen. I don’t believe they ever insured my item either. Pls pay more up front and use another company. They’ve cost me over £400. Absolute disgrace”
“I feel upset that I can’t give them 0 stars. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They are scammers plain and simple. I have been charged WEIGHT ADJUSTMENT multiple times even though every box I send is IDENTICAL, in size, always wrapped tightly with tape. Sometimes I would get charged roughly £3, and one time almost £7. Charges vary greatly even though the volumetric weight of each box is identical. In each email it also says that DHL is charging me even though I never used DHL, I’d use either DPD or UPS. They can’t even be bothered to make the scam believable by making it look like the right company is charging you !!!!!! Please save your hard earned money and avoid using these companies all together and go directly to the shipping companies.”
“Absolutely terrible company and the customer service is even worse. Paid to have these deliver a parcel. After 2 weeks checked tracking, undelivered. Got in touch with customer service who claimed the address is wrong. I sent numerous proof that the address was not wrong. Got passed around 4 different agents who asked me the same questions. I then told them that as they had failed to deliver the parcel, I want it returned and a refund. I was then informed by George Martin
ParcelCompare Escalation Team that I would have to pay to have the parcel I already paid to have deliverd, but they failed to do so, I would have to pay to get it back. I then informed him to keep the parcel as I would take it to court. He then sent me an email to state that all undelivered parcels where at the customers liability along with storage charges, disposal charges or to be delivered back charges. I stated that this policy is a very poor policy and is actually bullying tactics by a terrible company that breaks many consumers rights regulations. I informed him that they failed to deliver a parcel in a suitable time frame, they lied to say the address is wrong, and their bullying tactics will certainly not work on me. As stated to them, I'll see you in court!
Advise to anyone thinking of using these, pay that little bit more because these are total cowboys”

“This is the worst company, I have ever had the misfortune to come across . I booked a collection for my place of work ( Dental Surgery ) which has staff there from 8 am to 6 pm 6 days a week .
My parcel was not collected by (Parcelforce) the tracking said customer not in at 2.30 pm !!. which was rubbish . after contacting parcelcompare I was told basically they dont believe me and no refund could be made . I had CCTV to prove no courier attempted to make the pick up / no card was left by them as evidence of an attempt to collect. Don't use this company they have no customer care at all ..”

“Absolute nightmare of a company. Delivery went through them and selected UPS, they dumped my delivery on the driveway and drove off without acknowledging us. The “fragile” package was smashed to pieces, and had to be skipped!! They then offered a measly £15 off voucher to use them again. Said my insurance only covered loss not damage!!! Cost me £50 for the delivery then 4 weeks later I find they have charged another £50!!! £100 down and a whole lot of hassle. Stick with other companies this one is definitely the worst in the Uk.”

They are just thieves with license, i have no idea how that is possible in a lawful country. Their customer service are practically toddlers without any clue what Customer service is all about. They don't have a contact number to ring. You can only write on their website and hope to God they will respond. My item was lost, after wasting my time for over 2 months they closed the case with no compensation. The courier (UPS in this case another company to avoid) told me they have paid compensation to ParcelCompare but ParcelCompare will not pay the compensation to me. Absolutely disgusting
.... For those who find their comparing site good, please just use it only as a search engine don't buy from them. If you find a good price with any courier on ParcelCompare you must go directly to the courier company and buy directly from the courier ( price is usually the same) because if anything goes wrong the courier company will not deal with you if you buy through ParcelCompare.”

A month later, and 15-20 conversations later, with customer support, the parcel came back with an EXTRA CHARGE CHARGED ON CREDIT CARD without authorisation.
