Don't go there. It's equivalent to online fraud. Trading standards should actually investigate. Do not use. They take your cash do not come back to you. All emails are automated. I'll be reporting to trading standards....

I honestly wish that read more about the company prior to making a booking. I worked with so many logistics companies and third parties in the past, but this is by far the most hardest/complicated experience I have ever had. I booked the collection on Monday (which was supposedly URGENT collection/delivery) -- I was getting no updates, parcelcompare website was telling me that collection was the same day yet no one was coming to collect the parcel. When I contacted the logistic company directly, I was asked for so many irrelevant details about the parcel whatsoever and there is no easy way to contact parcelcompare (whom I initially paid the service to). The only way to contact them seems to be by post! I feel completely neglected as a customer and I will not ever use their services. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ANYONE.

Absolutely Dreadful Service - Ridiculous reasoning to cover their incompetence DO NOT! This is surprisingly a scam company that operates at a large scale. I filled my form where certain lines are mandatory, you just cannot skip them. One of them is EORI number which is needed for customs clearance. I put that number as all the rest printed labels and sent the parcel. It did stuck somewhere in France and after 2 weeks went back to me. When I called DPD they said that the third-party provider did not provide the EORI number, that's why it is back. I contacted PC and what nonsense they accused me in not providing an EORI number. But their booking system does not allow processing without that number. Their reply: "You should have contacted us if this was the issue, as we shared the set of documents before collection. You should have observed this been missing". So in their words, I had to check if they were doing their job properly!!! I pay money and I have to check if the shipment and custom paperwork are compiled correctly by their software. They refused to give a refund or send it again properly. SCAM company, AVOID!

They have refused to deliver my parcel and I paid extra to insure it. They won’t compensate me either. They are a scam and should not be allowed to operate. I have lost my parcel contents of £310 and £50 in delivery

Please do not use this company if you want to have a package delivered on time.i paid for next day delivery and 8 days later the package has not been delivered.

Awful customer service. No contact telephone number and slow lazy customer service people who really don't care. Taking the p. as wanted 'further photographs' of interior packaging once package had been sealed yup - and this clear in the photographs. No way to check parcel adequate before purchasing insurance. Absolutely abysmal service.

Worst company. I strongly not recommend as service are worst. No customer service phone number. If any problem email them but never expect proper reply. You pay for delivery which never received and plus charges take from account without asking. Please never buy service from them.

Parcelcompare made two attempts at delivering my parcel. Attempt 1. 7 days after collecting the parcel for 48hour delivery they 'delivered' it back to tge sender. Attempt 2. They lost the parcel, refunded me the cost and informed me that there id nothing else that they could do.

Avoid this company at all costs.I used twice and paid.A month later they stole £30 from my bank account.My Bank is looking into this. There is no way of contacting them. Fraudsters.

Please please do not use this company. Paid for insurance backed courier service. They wrecked my items which were being returned so they cost me an extra £310. The then proceeded to charge me twice the original fee saying my product had incurred a surcharge but wouldn’t provide any evidence of this. Scammers and conmen. I don’t believe they ever insured my item either. Pls pay more up front and use another company. They’ve cost me over £400. Absolute disgrace

I feel upset that I can’t give them 0 stars. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They are scammers plain and simple. I have been charged WEIGHT ADJUSTMENT multiple times even though every box I send is IDENTICAL, in size, always wrapped tightly with tape. Sometimes I would get charged roughly £3, and one time almost £7. Charges vary greatly even though the volumetric weight of each box is identical. In each email it also says that DHL is charging me even though I never used DHL, I’d use either DPD or UPS. They can’t even be bothered to make the scam believable by making it look like the right company is charging you !!!!!! Please save your hard earned money and avoid using these companies all together and go directly to the shipping companies.

Absolutely terrible company and the customer service is even worse. Paid to have these deliver a parcel. After 2 weeks checked tracking, undelivered. Got in touch with customer service who claimed the address is wrong. I sent numerous proof that the address was not wrong. Got passed around 4 different agents who asked me the same questions. I then told them that as they had failed to deliver the parcel, I want it returned and a refund. I was then informed by George Martin ParcelCompare Escalation Team that I would have to pay to have the parcel I already paid to have deliverd, but they failed to do so, I would have to pay to get it back. I then informed him to keep the parcel as I would take it to court. He then sent me an email to state that all undelivered parcels where at the customers liability along with storage charges, disposal charges or to be delivered back charges. I stated that this policy is a very poor policy and is actually bullying tactics by a terrible company that breaks many consumers rights regulations. I informed him that they failed to deliver a parcel in a suitable time frame, they lied to say the address is wrong, and their bullying tactics will certainly not work on me. As stated to them, I'll see you in court! Advise to anyone thinking of using these, pay that little bit more because these are total cowboys

Total scam. Booked a delivery with ParcelForce through them. Nobody ever arrived to collect the item and I can't get hold of anyone to complain and request a refund. Please do not use them!

This is the worst company, I have ever had the misfortune to come across . I booked a collection for my place of work ( Dental Surgery ) which has staff there from 8 am to 6 pm 6 days a week . My parcel was not collected by (Parcelforce) the tracking said customer not in at 2.30 pm !!. which was rubbish . after contacting parcelcompare I was told basically they dont believe me and no refund could be made . I had CCTV to prove no courier attempted to make the pick up / no card was left by them as evidence of an attempt to collect. Don't use this company they have no customer care at all ..

Lack of support and service, I'm disappointed with the company. I wasted a lot of time and money with the lack of company information. In the end my bag was returned and I had a charge 3x higher than the shipping cost.

Reading these reviews scares me because my percel has been stuck in their warehouse for over two weeks. No phone contact and nobody answers emails. Looks like am waiting for a shocker here to hear other people have been charged to have percel returned.
