*BEWARE* Company based in Germany, so if you need to return either perfume or aftershave from the UK for a refund you have no chance! These are Prohibited items now to ship internationally from the UK using Parcel Force (which is the prepaid returns form they provided). Website doesn't make this clear, and the customer service team are useless and unhelpful. So I am now left an unwanted item I physically can't return for a refund.”

Took my money on 8th September then cancelled my order and said that payment didn't go through.
Fortunately, I have paid with paypal so they are sorting it now as I have proof that funds were indeed taken.”

I received 1 If I purchase perfume I’d expect free samples of perfume however I got foundation. What if it didn’t match my skin tone ? What am I meant to do with it ?”
“Ordered la vie et belle, Lancôme product five days ago received it in four by Royal Mail. Same scent smell as my bottle which I am nearly out of.
I must admit I was a bit worried after reading reviews after ordering but there was no problems, I was able to track my order also.
Do you think these reviews were from other companies as my Lancôme perfume was a whole lot cheaper than any other company that I have bought from.

I have ordered a perfume( Not a cheap one!) for my partners birthday start of the month it is now the end of the month and had nothing through the post I then sent a email and all they could say is it got lost in the mail and I’m disgusted that they didn’t even bother sending me my refund or even let me know that it was lost!! “Items that are advertised on the website is not the item you will receive. The item package has changed and so has the contents. These items seem as replicas.
I sent out an email and the issue was not responded to until two weeks later. And this is when I was flying out of the UK so unable to return the used item.
So now I am left penalised. Where I am unable to return the item as I was only told to do this two weeks after my initial complaint. I am not happy. Really bad service And fake items.”
“Worst Company ever, got debt collectors to harass me!
This is my first review on this site and the sole reason I am writing is so that other people can be safe from this company. I ordered a perfume from this company in September 2021. The perfume never arrived. I got a refund from PayPal after raising a complaint. Had it just been this, I probably would have forgotten. The company got a debt collector agency involved and made up a false case against me stating I owe them money. The debt collecting company was in Germany and did not speak english. They kept harassing me and sending me letters stating my credit history will be affected and what not. Last month the case got transferred to the UK and I was finally able to get it closed after 7 stressful month”
