“This is a good service, the only area to improve would be communication by the staff when waiting for your car on return. We do seem to wait for a particularly long time (over half an hour) and yet we are not spoken to by the staff to let us know why there may be a delay. A little 'customer care' can go a long way.”

“Initially parked in a space containing broken car window glass and a door handle of a car, have to admit this worried me about the safety of my car. Moved to another space close to the bus stop and on return my car was as I had left it, very relieved. Many thanks”

“Arrival was simple and straightforward. All staff were helpful. Had to wait for 10 minutes on return and at 1am with two young children it would have been nice for the bus to be waiting. However this is not a grumble.”

“It is a basic facilities, just like any off street parking. We choose it because you don't need to hand in your keys. The bus stops are very confusing and have a different number system than the the parking zone!!”

“Couldn't park closer if we tried only when leaving the barrier didn't recognise the registration so had to reverse back much to the annoyance of the fiat driver behind me it then still didn't recognise it so the attendant had to do it as the lady behind beeped and cursed at me anyway bothered NO I would defo use it again”

“Easy drop off and pick up of keys. could not b closer to the terminal for parking. Only minor issue we found, was only one of the entry barriers operational. The car in front of us at the only working barrier, was not registered to use the car park. He was told to back up, but could not, due to myself and 10 other vehicles waiting to enter. 5 minutes waiting before an attendant turned up, does feel like an hour. Still great service.”

“Secure, under cover parking. Very easy procedure, drive in drive out. Only down side would be the price.”

“Very good and so near to the terminal. Only criticism is at the airport it was not explained that we had to take a ticket and then put the ticket back into another machine to access the long stay car park 2 but now we know that will be no problem. Price comparable with Highwayman parking and we did not have to take a mini bus to where the car was parked. This was the first time that I had used car parking on the airport and I have to say it was so much easier.”
