“I ordered online, and they got home on time Very good”

“Ok , ordered and received car battery in fair delivery time . First del battery was leaking acid , refused item . Second del , battery was leaking again , I decided to accept del as packaging was exactly the same as first del and no packaging improvements were made . I bit the bullet ( signed for it damaged ) wiped the acid from the battery and fitted it same day . All good from here on . Thank you Will recommend . Tried to use again already but did not carry the stock/ product required”

“I was impressed with the service from yourselves but the delivery part was a let down the delivery was 2 working days a total of 4 days late it arrived on the 5th. The outer box had been damaged and repackaged by dpd. Even after this I would try yourselves again as this may have been a one off.”

Hi Micheal! Thanks for shopping with Autosessive, and for your feedback. I'm very sorry you have experienced delivery issues, and issues with the condition of the product you received. I have looked into this and it appears your order was misrouted to Southampton, which caused the big delay. DPD provide an unrivaled service, and we very rarely have any issues with the handling of our goods. However I will certainly raise this instance with them. Please speak to us when you need something else and we will upgrade you to express delivery for free, and you can see how good DPD are normally. “Great products at very competitive prices, only problem is with their IT system, every time I order something online and print the order form and reference number the collection depot never have any record of it and we have to start from scratch.”

“Ordered engine oil and filters on 2 occasions. In both cases dispatch was within 2 days of ordering and free delivery was next-day in both cases. So, very good service. Also, prices seem very competitive.”
