“Quality parts at good prices. Excellent communication, unfortunately the oil I needed wasn't stocked locally, so I opted for delivery. Well packed, correct items, delivered promptly.”

“I received prompt email notification that the item I had ordered was no longer available but an alternative was available or I could have a full refund. One interesting aspect of a return visit to the web site as part of that email conversation was a significant increase in the prices of that and some other items I was interested in. When I mentioned that I was unlikely to order them at these new prices I was advised that there would be further advantagous changes to the prices that day and I should check again later. When I did so that evening all the prices had been reduced again to the level I had first noted! I placed the order and it was satisfied within two working days.”

“Put my registration number in the box as requested and brought up my car. Then followed the links to choose the product for my car, make and model. As listed I ordered the part, it arrived and was not the correct product. Rang the telephone number on the order and was told I had ordered the wrong product. He then told me if you want to order then this is the correct part, why would I buy from you once when you clearly ripped me off the first time. This company will be reported to my credit card company and also to paypal. Its not the money its the principal, I am wrong - - - - well sorry I was not wrong I followed the instructions. I my eyes this is blatant rip off !”

“Took advantage of the recent 50% off sale which was genuine as I had been watching prices of brake Parts that I required for two weeks order arrived in 5 working days Disappointed with the packaging due to the fact that the courier (DPD) had found it necessary to reseal the box which had been crushed on one of the corners Glad that I had not ordered anything fragile or breakable Apart from that branded parts at excellent prices easy ordering process”

“hi, great service, I ordered the part on 18th feb. 2016, and received it on the following Monday, but without proof of purchase date, or length of warranty, which I think is essential in case of warranty claims. other than that I was very satisfied with my dealings with this company. roy davies.”
