“I can't believe how difficult it was to find some plain party hats! Luckily my google search found this fantastic website and the hats (& shaker balloons) arrived in plenty of time for my daughter's party. The packaging was perfect so no change of damage to the hats in transit. Low cost party hats but the quality was certainly there. Will be purchasing again in the future”

“I ordered 2 banners from Partyrama my first purchase, the ordering was really easy and fast with no problems at all. The banners were shipped the same day as the order and I had a ship notification from Fed Ex to say they were en route. However 3 days later I had still not received them. I contacted Partyrama immediately as I needed them 2 days later. The gentleman was unbelievably efficient, apologized profusely, as the courier has acknowledged receipt of them and given my party was only 2 days later he said he did not want me to be without them, shipped another 2 banners for delivery pre 12 noon the following day (the day before I needed them) The banners arrived as promised which I was thrilled about, and the quality of them was fabulous I have had banners before and they have been quite thin plastic material these were not they were really good quality. Thank you for your superb customer service, and fabulous banners, I look forward to dealing with you again in the future”
