“Unfortunately the three items of dollies I ordered were not packed sufficiently hence the Postman put them through the door and bent them all in half. However, Partyrama were good enough to reimberse me with half of the money as a gesture of good will. I shall be using them again.”

“Easy to use website. Good prices. Parcel delivered very quickly however very badly wrapped and was broken open on delivery with items missing. Emailed company who on receiving photo promptly posted replacement items. Will definitely use again.”

“Very speedy delivery within 24hrs which was not requested but excellent! Helium cylinder as advertised to fill 50 balloons but we only managed 30 before it was empty - disappointing”

“I ordered on a Saturday night. My payment was taken the same night after it was verified by visa. Two days later, I receive an e-mail that my purchase won't be release until I submit to an extra security check. When I rang I got confused. The reason given to me was my delivery address did not coincide with my billing address but It was clearly written in my receipt that they are the same. I should have given Partyrama a poor rating. However, after the problem was rectified, my purchase was sent right away by FedEx so I scored Partyrama a good score.”
