“Disappointed with the cloths as I thought they would look like grass - however they were just green plastic and I am sending them back as soon as I can get to the post office. The one direction stand ups had been put in a small box instead of flat packed and the necks are very badly creased to the extent that they may loose their heads at any time. However, the customer services have been wonderful. I have another five lads on their way and my grand daughter will be thrilled I know. And as I said I will be returning the cloths in the next day or so when a refund will be made by yourselves. I will still recommend your overall service.”

“I purchased a helium gas canister for my wife's 50th birthday party which was quickly dispatched and arrived in good time. However, I was really disappointed with the amount of gas in the canister. On the rather colourful 'french' box it told me I could easily inflate 30 balloons, but sadly we didn't get past 14 - I didn't over-inflate the balloons, we blew them to an average size. As I inflated them on the day of the party, we never had chance to get more gas. However, everyone had a good time. Great service but let down by the very average contents of a gas container.”

“Good promptly delivered but disappointed with customer service as I placed two orders within an hour of each other as I forgot some items off first order. I e mailed to ask to refund one delivery charge but they wouldn't oblige. I'll be shopping elsewhere in future.”

“The items were fine and dispatch was quick but packaging appalling . The box was ripped with big holes in the bottom and the tape was insecure it's a miracle the order arrived complete”

“The light up badges were old and the batteries did not work in half of them so they did not light up! Sad because I took them to Africa for a staff party with 100 Africans. The wigs were cheap but effective and enjoyed by all. Delivery was not as requested.It arrived when I was out and the office was closed. I may try again. Not sure.”
