Disappointed with the cloths as I thought they would look like grass - however they were just green plastic and I am sending them back as soon as I can get to the post office. The one direction stand ups had been put in a small box instead of flat packed and the necks are very badly creased to the extent that they may loose their heads at any time. However, the customer services have been wonderful. I have another five lads on their way and my grand daughter will be thrilled I know. And as I said I will be returning the cloths in the next day or so when a refund will be made by yourselves. I will still recommend your overall service.
