Awful experience with this company. We ordered a canister which stated it filled 30 balloons of 9 inch size or 23 of 10 inch. We ordered matching 10 inch balloons for our charity event, but when it came to filling them we managed around 7 balloons with their partyrama helium. Luckily we had a second half used canister which actually managed to fill more than their supposedly brand new one!! But still left us short which was very disappointing. Especially when the tank cost £35 and did 7 balloons. We took photos as evidence to prove that their canister was faulty and request a refund, particularly as a charity cost is of course important to us and we didn’t feel we should have paid for goods that simply didn’t work as advertised. Upon contacting the company they firstly blamed us for the canister not working stating we were using it wrong. This was evidently not true as we had managed to blow up a number of balloons before it ran out. They then wanted evidence of the balloons we were blowing up as they didn’t believe we were quoting the right size balloon or the number it had filled. When showing them the photos they then continued to disagree with the size of the balloons we had purchased, even though I found the order and told them the exact sizing of the product we had bought. They were adamant the listing was wrong and they were right and continued to tell me that it would never have filled 23 balloons. Regardless of whether it would have filled 23 balloons or not, it should have filled far more than the ridiculous 7 that it did! They then said they wanted the empty canister returned to them. We had of course already disposed of this as it was empty and our event was on a weekend at an external venue where all rubbish was cleared as part of the booking. We would never have expected to return the empty and used product to them and when travelling to and from events with lots of stock and materials of course used, rubbish goes in the bin. The team then refused to offer any compensation and stated without the return they would not do anything to help us. They disagreed that disposing of the product in its empty state was the normal thing to do and very much made it out to be our fault that we wouldn’t get a refund. At no point did they accept that their product was faulty or make any effort to provide good customer service and come to a compromise with us. The whole experience was incredibly negative and it was abundantly clear they did not believe us as customers that their canister was faulty and wanted to do everything to ensure it was a difficult as possible for us to receive any compensation for their awful product. I would 100% steer clear of this company and their products on any listed site. We wasted charity money on their faulty product and they refused to provide any acceptance or support for this.

Waste of money helium only did small amount if 9 inch balloons and they call you a liar will never use again

Once again prompt service, ordered 11.30 am next day parcel arrived early morning Wouldn’t use anyone else Customer Services are prompt and helpful as well

Very poor service Non delivery of item and order was then cancelled without my request Ruined surprise celebration Had even received email confirmation of next day delivery Customer services were involved but were not willing to even send on subsequent days Advise against a company that does not have any goodwill

Absolutely pants, delivery did not turn up, emailed twice and never responded in any way shape or form. I do not blame them for the delivery that went somewhere else, I DO blame them for absolutely no contact after the order. Money got, support not!

Absolutely faultless customer service. Was unfortunately out on the day of delivery so missed my order. I was gutted so rang Partyrama to see what they could do. The lady I spoke to was absolutely lovely and so understanding. In a click she upgraded my order to be delivered the very next day (free of charge and on a Saturday now). This is my second order from them, both of which have came on time (if I was in to collect it!). The helium balloons have been standing for two weeks now with only one being slightly deflated. Amazing company, good prices (cheapest I’ve seen), great range of products and super lovely customer service. Can’t recommend them enough.

Partyrama - Fantastic High Quality goods. I ordered helium and a massive banner for my daughters 18th. Wooow. You did not disappoint. The quality is amazing. I am a technophobe - they cropped the picture and centred it and made sure that it looked amazing. I did the request online so I was prepared for any errors that could have come from my end. I contacted them 10 minutes after placing the order and the girl was amazing , friendly and efficient - AND I received it the next day when it was due 3 days later. From the bottom of my heart - Thank you to each and every one of the team. I will 100 % order again and will definitely recommend you to all my family and friends.

Amazing! Ordered helium which comes with 100 balloons and a pinata for my little boys 1st birthday. Placed the order 2 days ago and arrived today! So, so pleased. Well packaged u like some places and they email you throught the whole process of delivery! Fantastic

Ordered helium canister, specified it was for my son’s 10th birthday five calendar days before. FedEX guys turned up when I was at home and made no effort to check that I was at home; I was waiting! Ridiculous. Received email after to alleging they tried to deliver and nobody was home. Advised that the delivery will be on Monday by 17:00. Shocking. My son’s birthday will have already happened by then. Very unhappy customer in London. I will demand a refund.

Terrible Customer Service! I ordered some decorations for Halloween. Entered my current address in the delivery section but as I paid with my Paypal Account, they sent the parcel to an old address that was linked to this account. I called their customer service to ask if they could retrieve my parcel but it had been delivered to the wrong address and they don't do any refund in that case. I specifically asked for a 3 days delivery as I was on holiday and was not able to check my emails etc. Yes, Party Rama sent me the invoice with the wrong address on top, but I could not do anything about it as I was away and only saw my emails now! Parel delivered to a total stranger and I got charged for it! Waste of time and money! No need to ask for a delivery address if you will send it to an old one attached to your Paypal Account! And the 'money-back guarantee' advertised on the home page is clearly a lie!

Appalling customer service. Balloon arrived at hospital with no card so the recipient had no idea who it was from. I have emailed 3 times over the past 2 days and have still not had a reply. Phoned 5 times and the phone rings off.. I will not be using them again & suggest anyone thinking of using them places their order elsewhere.

I am one unhappy customer! I understand it's not your fault Partyrama but please review your chosen delivery company (FedEx). I ordered party supplies almost a week before my son's 4th Birthday, all PJ Masks as he loves them. Paid almost £6 for next day delivery. The parcel arrived from the Partyrama warehouse very quickly and was put on FedEx truck at 9am on the day of scheduled delivery. It was the only day my son and I had off, we stayed home all day waiting for that delivery. It never came! Considering I paid for next day delivery and I live about 10 min away from a local FedEx facility! The next morning I rang FedEx customer service, the woman went to track my parcel and told me exactly what I was already seeing on my computer when I tracked it myself so that was no help! I told her because they didn't deliver I will have to contact Partyrama and ask for a refund of my order which was £60. All she did was apologise, no explanation why it wasn't delivered! After the call I'm checking my parcel's status online, it says will be delivered today which was a surprise because I did not asked for it to be delivered, I told the woman I'm gonna get a refund! That day it wasn't delivered either. I rang Partyrama and a very nice lady told me she's gonna contact FedEx and find out what's going on and refunded the delivery charge for me. Then she rang me back and told me FedEx are going to contact the driver directly and have it delivered by 6pm and that the driver is in the area so it wouldn't be a problem. I had to cancel my plans for the evening and was once again waiting for that delivery. But what they haven't told you Partyrama is the fact that on that day, my parcel wasn't even out for delivery, it was sat at their local facility! Then it wasn't delivered Saturday! Today! My son's Birthday! They deliver it today! On my son's Birthday! Things for his party!!!!!!!! At 4pm!!!!!!!!! Thank God we weren't home because I wouldn't have accepted this late and irrelevant delivery! And the delivery guy didn't even tick on the note whether the parcel was left in a safe place, with the neighbours or taken back to local facility! Completely acceptable! Please have a serious word with FedEx because their poor service cost you my £60 order which I am going to refund as it's not relevant anymore. It was my first ever order with you and my trust is completely ruined. And because of the delivery issues sadly I doubt I'll be ordering anything again.

Brilliant range of products, good sale pieces too!! I couldn't find what I was looking for until I checked out Partyrama, they had it all! Will be purchasing again soon for our Halloween stuff!

AWFUL!! So dissapointed. Ordered a personalised hellium balloon for my best friends leaving do. I ordered in plenty of time but paid the extra £5.95 for next day delivery just to be safe. The next day I still hadnt recieved the balloon and called the office. The guy I spoke to, 'Barrett', said the order had been despatched and I should recieve shortly. I wanted to confirm it had been sent to the correct address but he said 'oh, I seem to have a different address. I asked him what address he had and he just said 'oh no, dont worry its fine'. On the third day, after still not receiving the balloon, I tried calling. Someone answered then hung up. I then emailed and was told my balloon had been delivered and signed for by A.Smith. THere is not A Smith at my address. I then called again and spoke to someone who said they would look into it and get back to me in 10 minutes. He never called back. I called AGAIN, and this time actually spoke to a lady who was very sympathetic and actually honest with me. She said there had been a glitch on the system and around 10 orders had been sent to the wrong address. She did actually try and help me but there was nothing she could do. It was too late. I understand that these things cant always be helped, however my issue is that apparently they were well aware of the problem when I placed the order. The guy I first spoke to even seemed to realise there was a problem but choose not not try and rectify it, which is so annoying and there was still time. I will not be using this company again!!

Last year I order the palm tree drinks cooler and it came with a puncher and a plaster over the hole I hope this year they won't be the same as I will return them this year also I just placed a £50 pound order and forgot to add on my backdrop I then called as I didn't want to pay double delevier cost weighty so and the man was extremely unhelpful and told me to pay agin
