I am a technophobe - they cropped the picture and centred it and made sure that it looked amazing. I did the request online so I was prepared for any errors that could have come from my end. I contacted them 10 minutes after placing the order and the girl was amazing , friendly and efficient - AND I received it the next day when it was due 3 days later.
