I ordered on a Saturday night. My payment was taken the same night after it was verified by visa. Two days later, I receive an e-mail that my purchase won't be release until I submit to an extra security check. When I rang I got confused. The reason given to me was my delivery address did not coincide with my billing address but It was clearly written in my receipt that they are the same.
I should have given Partyrama a poor rating. However, after the problem was rectified, my purchase was sent right away by FedEx so I scored Partyrama a good score.
