“Great, good layout, easy to use, excellent customer service👍🏻I’ll just point out that although the email from customer service was 6-12 hours, it was overnight and I hadn’t enquires or complained-they just noticed I hadn’t checked out and were seeing if I needed help so really excellent.”

“found the site easy to use and I paid for my present easily. on trying to use another card to send a gift on behalf of my mother who has dementia it would not work and I have power of attorney for her, and the card is in my name?? so I question why?? never had any probs using this card on the internet before”

“Great concept, absolutely support it! but I might have found a glitch for you to fix. When people set up their patchwork, there are likely to be friends and family members who purchase/fund jointly. The initial form on the site will allow us to complete it as if two people are sending funding together but the card payment will fail or be rejected because that initial form doesn’t match the card’s holders details. You need to expand the card payment section to include a field for card holder’s full name and this stop giving hassle to your customers when trying to make a payment jointly from a bank account that might only be registered against only one of the two”

Hi Sandra & Lee, thanks so much for your support of our site! Also great to hear your feedback on our payment system. The initial form on our site actually isn't linked to any part of the payment form, it just takes the names submitted and copies them on to the messages page. Only the name submitted on the payment form (on the PayPal site) is used to verify your information.
