“Service is good but whoever packs stuff for shipping needs to be replaced. Box is always open and falling apart. Last shipment arrived 2 weeks late and you could tell contents haqd come out of box and then had to be repacked by ups”
“I told her I needed catheters alone-no gel or gloves or compact catheters. I was sent all of that stuff!! Diana might not have been at fault for that, I am not sure. She did do a nice job of sending me different kinds of catheters to try. I found a type I like better than what I was using.”
