But Adam was very persistent and kept hammering away at the aspect of the hydrophyllic feature of the Cure now being available in 18 FR that I finally agreed to try it - man, am I glad I did! It made the whole process much easier and this is from a 20 year veteran who thought he knew everything. We had the usual prpblems with getting the Rx transferred but now we're all set! You came up with a resolution to support my specific needs by sending different catheters to try that insurance would support. While the deep freeze in Texas apparently limited moving an order forward, I was troubled by your communications with guarantees of the product shipment and promised tracking information. When i did get a tracking number it was some samples to hold me over until the shipment arrived. Managing that risk was great on your part. however, not hearing anything one way or the other on a delay in the shipment caused considerable anxiety given the same sort of circumstances with my last vendor. I was waiting on Thursday and then Friday and then I could not reach you. I hope this was just a one off situation”
