“Wasnt impressed with their customer service 99% of business are open to trade yet this one uses covid as an excuse not to. They force you to buy online and charged me a $18 delivery fee for a $90 product only to get delivered a few streets away and i had to wait 4 days. Doesnt make sense. But when the aged care sector is proped up by government funding in various ways these businesses dont haveto try hard to be accommodating. Pathetic if you ask me.”

Our clients with disabilities are the most vulnerable to infection by Covid. We couldnt see a safe way for us to remain open and continue to service our customers without putting their health at risk. Faced with this we closed the showroom. Our warehouse is not at the Marrickville location so we are unable to provide click and collect from here. Regarding the packing & sending fee. We only pass on what we are charged by the transport companies and the warehouse provider. Unfortunately we cannot get them to deliver our orders for free.
Im not sure what you ha purchased as you have posted anonymously so I cannot comment on your proximity or how long the order took to deliver. It may be that you ordered on a Friday?
