“3 star, only because I have just received. Service very good, delivery only a few days, so good. I think it will take a few days for me to go from previous back support to this, it does feel good, firm but ok. Maybe a couple adjustments to the side supports and positioning in my office chair against my back. It looks thicker on website, so actually thought I would sink into it a little bit more. I clearly labelled to be delivered to our Reception and not warehouse, but courier driver left at Warehouse. Due to COVID parcels are left at front of warehouse, where anyone could have taken.”
