“Absolutely fantastic customer service. Dropped them an email regarding the purchase of two seats, Kevin emailed back the very same day and sent me a voucher for some money off for buying two. Ordered seats that night, dispatched the following day and received on the Friday. Credit where credit is due for smaller independent businesses. Thank you!!”

“What a small world, bought my own baby equipment from Paul Stride in Acomb when my husband worked there some thirty years ago, needed a car seat for my grandaughter recently and my daughter suggested I used the company she got hers from in York, was pleasantly surprised to see it was Paul Stride! Same fantastic service as thirty years ago. Thank you so much 😊”

“Hice un pedido en España y fue perfecto todo. Muy rápidos y el producto excelente. Tuve que pagar el costoso envío y las aduanas pero merece la pena. Una buena tienda. Esta bolso en España está agotado desde hace mucho tiempo y en Reino Unido aun le venden, por eso elegí Paul Stride.”

“Amazing service, I needed two booster seats urgently due to a last minute car change and they arrived by 10 am the next day. The staff member I spoke to went out of their way to get them despatched that day and they arrived well packaged.”

“Overall a great experience! The team at Paul Stride were brilliant, there was a slight delay on delivery due to suppliers, which was out of the teams hands, however, they kept us updated every step of the way. It was very reassuring to know they hadn’t forgotten about it”

“Had never heard of this company until I found a reference to them from Britax Romer's website whilst looking for a car seat. They are listed as a reseller for Britax Romer and I took the chance to order from them and I wasn't disappointed. Delivery was quick and as scheduled, and I am happy with the service. Would patronise again.”

“The service I received was excellent, we bought a Cybex Gazelle from Paul Stride and after using some of the terrible (e-commerce) competitors finding Paul Stride was a god send. Real company with a base always wins. A+++”
