“Easy straight forward purchase. Great communication regarding products coming in to dispatch and really fast delivery which also arrived in allocated time slot. Couldn't be happier with my experience and would definitely recommend. Jasmine”

“Placed my order & received the next day all my items were as described. Packaging was questionable as was all put into a huge box that was for a car seat.”

“Amazing service, called up for a stock check for an item that was out of stock elsewhere, and got it delivered two days later. Everywhere else was 2 weeks plus. Would definitely return for future items. Service was friendly, professional and efficient. Very happy!”

“Amazing service - I needed this pram very quickly as I had been let down by another company and was going on holiday. I emailed to check I could get it in time and they went above and beyond to get it sent to me the next day. Super friendly and very fast response!”

“I had a fantastic experience with Paul Stride and its staff. I have ordered a carrycot combo from Peg Perego that was not on stock anymore but they were so kind to reorder a newer one and send it to me at the same price of the previous service. The staff was super kind and helpful, and the delivery was also very quick. Highly recommended!”

“All of the car seats we have were bought at Paul Stride. Both parents and grandparents cars, a new buggy plus parts for an old buggy they had the new ‘old’ parts in stock. Very informed and helpful. Impeccable service and they go the extra mile. No hesitation in recommending.”

“Thank you so much for you help with our pram purchase. We were in a position where we had been let down on last minute from another supplier and were in a desperate position. Paul Stride were able to get the exact pram we wanted and arranged delivery. We received the pram within 2 days. The service was first class and the communication was excellent. Thank you so much, I would highly recomend your service.”

“I recently purchased one of your gift vouchers for my niece and she told me that her trip to your store was a wonderful experience! She was able to try out the prams and get the the feel of things before she bought them. She also said the the staff were so helpful and able to advise her, and that buying from your store was SO much better that purchasing online! She will definatly recommend you and vist you again in the future.”

“Excellent service. Ordered received within 3 days. Had a slight issue with 1 piece of the order that was not their fault. Replied to my query very promptly. Issue resolved within minutes. Will definitely be ordering from here again. Ireland customers - even with custom fees, you'll still save a couple of hundred euros on pram packages. 🇮🇪”

“Placed an order on line for a car seat that my son and his partner had chosen, received a call from Sally who informed me that the clour we had chosen had some slight scratched on it, in her words 'hardly noticable' but she offered a discount or we could have a different colour with no scratches, there would be no delay, delivered next day. We chose the origionla colour, and Sally was right you can hardley notice cthe scratches. Good customer relations there, advised of an issue, gave me alternatives and left the decision up to us.”
