“Excellent service. Had the item i required in stock, it was the best price on the Internet. Free delivery. It was very quick and cane via courier. A lady from the store in York actually contacted me the day after I made the order to confirm delivery . I would highly recommend.”

“Probably the best service I have received from an online retailer. They were quick to respond to my emails and even called after I'd made my order online to confirm the colour as the colour I had ordered was different to that I'd been emailing about. Absolutely brilliant.”

“Fantastic customer service. I contacted them to see when an item would return in stock and they were very prompt and helpful. Once it was in stock I ordered it then later noticed they had another colour I would prefer. I emailed them to change it and within minutes they had done so and let me know. Could not have asked for better, thanks so much.”

“I wanted a buggy for taking on holiday and using for short local outings. I called up Paul Stride’s to enquire about a previously popular brand of buggies that a few accessories were still available for online. I spoke with Paul who advised me on alternatives, the Joolz Aer+ being one of them. I went and did some further research and eventually made the purchase without having seen it in person. The buggy arrived super quick and wow are we all happy with it. Thank you for your great advice Paul!”

“I’m so so happy with the service from the guys at Paul stride! So welcoming, the lady Holly was so friendly, great with finding out any information for me when asked! Holly was straight to get me a price and the product that I needed! The shop is such a hidden little gem! The car seat we bought got installed for us, with a great demonstration on how to put it in ourselves. Honestly can’t recommend these guys enough! If you’re considering buying something online or going into a shop, I’d definitely go to the shop! They have so many great baby items there! I’m so glad I can now travel with my daughter knowing she will be safe in her new car seat! Can’t wait to see you guys again in the future! I also emailed late on Sunday night about what products they had in, I got a reply literally instantly! With the products they have and the times they’re open for us to go have a look! Thank you so much!”

“I recently ordered my pram and car seat full bundle from the online website. I had a few questions before ordering and emailed in; my emails were responded to quickly and efficiently. Once the order was placed the communication was fantastic and arranging delivery was very straightforward. As a first time mum; I found finding the perfect pram very overwhelming but the process online with Paul Stride was so easy. “I needed a Britax child seat sending to me within 24 hours but it was a bank-holiday weekend so I knew it was a big ask. One call to Alex at Paul Stride and everything was sorted. he assured me that the seat would be with me the next day, and it was. Brilliant service - thank you”
