“Good service at Hereford store”

“A bit expensive but if you look hard enough you can get some really nice different shoes of top quality. I can usually only afford them when they have a sale but they are well worth it. I have also bought some lovely handbags at very reasonable prices. The staff in the Port Solent shop are very nice.”

“Recently visited Pavers at Stone road Trentham purchased shoes for both my wife and myself both staff who assisted us were very friendly and helpful. Wife had a good selection of shoes and the ones purchased were very comfortable, not such a wide selection in my size but the ones i did purchase were also comfortable.”

“Visited the Trentham store today where I purchased a pair of Sandles. The staff where very friendly the only draw back was the 10 minute wait to pay, because the store has only one till. This seems very strange for a busy store. How many customers give up and decide not to purchase.”

“Ordered some toe post "wide" sandals but they are certainly not wide. I returned the sandals via Royal Mail a week ago and heard nothing so I telephoned the company this morning when they told me that they had only just received notification of the return! After looking at reviews on this site I am very wary of how long my refund will take, if I get it at all. I won't use this company again, that's for sure.”

“Good customer service westbromich lovely staff helpful good choice of shoes but if I paid £40 for a pair of shoes I expect them to be waterproof and not pay extra £4 to put them in the machine”

“Brilliant customer service. Lesley was very busy but still made us feel we could take our time and she was very patient, even after running up and down stairs for 4-5 different shoes. We noticed she gave the same service to 3 other people at the same time. Will definately be back to have my shoes waterproofed Jeff again and if course to buy more.”
