Order sandals on line waited 10days to collect from store, went to try on in store one sandal glue marks on front other sandal scuffed didn't even look like new very disappointed now waiting for refund back into my account don't know how long this will take.

Hi yesterday I went to the shop in the queue Gloucester,I had a lady called Fay who went above and beyoung,for service!! At one time we had 30 pairs of shoes on the floor plus sandels. She was so good and did not get cross and I feel very sad she could not set a pair to fit my side feet,I just hope her boss will give her a reward ,as she only works part time. Thank you so much Day you are such a wonderful assistant best wishes ELIZABETH

Visited the Pavers Store in the Mansfield Designer Outlet Retail Park. Asked about Orthotic insoles. Was told they stocked them but were out of stock in my size. Ordered a pair in store to be delivered to my home address. Paid for them in store. Received an email to say they were out of stock and would be sent ASAP. Have received two further emails, each one putting the delivery further back. I need the insoles for a painful foot condition and have had to order from elsewhere. Reading the other reviews I'm not hopeful of getting a refund. Very poor service.

Bought a pair of navy shoes for £44.99 at Pavers at Unit 12 Dockside Outlet Centre Chatham ME4 3ED on 10 March 2022. After 3 wearings of the shoes you could see definite wearing on the sides of the moulded sole. I took them back to Pavers and was informed that it was 'wear and tear' and there was nothing they could do! Is this the case? That sum of money was considerable for me as I live on pensions and I was very disappointed as Pavers have always given me a very good product in the past. Do not want this published - I just want a response from you.

I have bought pavers shoes for a few years now which have been ok but four weeks ago I bought a pair of zip up trainer type shoes and a pair of slippers - both pairs of which I have worn. However, somehow it seems that the padding on the inside heel Part has made the underside of my heels quite sore, making it difficult for me to walk when I have to put pressure on them. Have you changed the formula of the padding or is it just me?

24 hour delivery took 4 days order not fulfilled by Pavers for 3 days Royal Mail delivered 24 hours later but full postage was refunded

I ordered shoes in PEWTER paying for postage and return postage and received BLACK shoes. I hope I have not wasted £4 in postage and am waiting for a reply from Pavers.

Ordered slippers for mum, the web site considering for older people very crafty. Twice they suggested and added a handbag that I did not click for. Had my mum bought this online she would ended up with handbag not wanted but she would not return thus bought. Should be ashamed as the target group not as computer literate, upwselling at it worst

Ordered slippers over 4 weeks ago - still waiting for them. Have phoned but after waiting on hold in a queue for over 5 minutes - only option you were given was to leave a message. Have emailed chasing but don't expect a reply anytime soon. Will be too late for Christmas present!

Bought a pair of leather boots 3 months ago. Soles on both came away. Took them back to the shop in Bury. Surly manageress asked if I had waterproofed them . I said I had. She said they were wet! They weren't, just cold from carrying them in a bag. Cold outside. Reluctantly agreed to exchange them. I am 72 she made me feel uncomfortable. I have bought several pairs of shoes from this shop. Think I'll try somewhere else next time. Genuine complaint. No apology, just very rude.

We ordered a pair of shoes before lockdown. Obviously we couldn’t collect them.Contacted them when they opened and was assured of a refund. We still have had no refund. Please check if you are in the same boat.

Already published review on an order placed for slippers back in May,which never arrived,despite assurances the second time that they would. Eventually after writing direct to the Managing Director,I got a refund of the monies paid, but no explanation apart from they were not coming directly from the Pavers warehouse? Now I get bombarded with emails from Pavers saying special offers,order online! Do you think I will ever order off them again online?????? Think not,put them down as spam

Went to Inverurie Store with husband 03/04/2019 to spend over £50 on shoes for him - assistant was not very helpful and contradicted me when I pointed out that the sale rack was showing the wrong sizes ! . When I asked more info about the shoes protection e.g how long does it last etc - did not know . Then they asked if I wanted the box - I said no thankyou- they then automatically put into a brand Pavers canvas bag - which I thought at the time was a nice gesture - only to find that I had been charged for the bag when I got home ( which I wouldn't of taken if I had been asked/known) . As a secret shopper- more customer training required ?
