I like the comfort of Rieker so bought a pair of ankle boots two weeks ago costing £79.99. Wore them outside in the rain and my feet were soaking wet. Took them back to the shop only to be informed that they were not waterproof. Why would you pay £79.99 for a pair of boots which can't be worn in winter conditions? looked up Rieker advice and they confirm that their boots are not waterproof. Had I been advised of this I would not have bought them. They have just lost a regular customer.

Wrong size information. I ordered size Uk 11 which displays size EUR 45 on the website, but when I received the shoes they were to big as in the box displays UK 11, EUR 46. Now having to return them and reorder its costing extra, not option to collect them or return then to a physical shop in Ireland.

I've bought a backpack that broke after the first use. It's been 2 months since I've returned the item and still haven't got a refund. I've contacted them numerous times via chat, email and phone but all I got is promises and apologies but no refund. They've wasted my time and money and I'm very angry and disappointed with them. I'm not going to buy from them anymore and I'll tell everyone about my bad experience.

Terrible service, First order lost in transit, second order said was in transit, but wrong colour, tried to cancel order, agent said they were in transit and could not be cancelled, then all of a sudden they could, because they had not even been dispatched. This is day 20 waiting, now have to wait 5 days for a refund. Shocking service from a branded company. CAN NOT RECOMMEND.

I bought a pair of Paver shoes, I found them comfortable so I bought 2 more pair, same style, different colour. After a very short time (a few weeks) the soles became very weak, feeling every pebble I walked on and soaked water through the soles. Initially comfortable but definitely not value for money. No more Pavers for me.

Not so much the shop. The courier.( 4/11/2023) Approximately 5pm.. He knew he had right address, but he walked away without delivering package.. He pretended to be security conscious- but probably done it on purpose. The only courier ever- who never left the parcel in the hallway. !- item has been paid for but I didn't receive it!!!!..

I have a pair of your shoes which I bought a number of years ago, they are in red white and blue, a really lovely shoe, what has happened to the quality of your shoes now I have bought two pairs of shoes since and they are no where near the same quality, the soles are coming away from the toe area. Just harvest credit card information then cancel the order to say they are not in stock, they are still available on the website over 15 hours later to buy but not in stock ? So why continue to collect people's payment details when you could just update your website to say out of stock ?

Extremely Bad customer service!! I bought 4 pairs only 3 turned up , they cancel the other pair , but when I call there was 200 in stock , they sent out another which never came . I complained which they send another pair after 14 called a large amount of emails . U sent two pairs back only to find that haven’t gone be me a full refund.. No idea Why and customer service doesn’t know the answer either, that’s what we got told today on the phone Horrendous experience!! Still waiting a reply for manager at r CEO Stuart paver

I recently bought 2 similar pairs of Paver shoes. But both have failed in the same way. Beneath the orthopaedic insole is a series of cut outs that presumably help the shoe to flex when walking but there is the problem. A replacement insole is needed which again fails due to the cut outs. Also cracks have appeared in the rubber sole so they cannot be worn in wet weather. I do not recommend this style of shoe from Pavers. Unfortunately the photos don't show the cut outs inside the shoe towards the toes.

I placed my order on the website and paid for it. 3 days later I messaged Pavers to ask about delivery only to be told the goods were not in stock and I would have to wait 10/12working days for delivery.When I placed my order the goods were showing in stock.Surely if the goods were not in stock my money should not have been taken. Very poor customer service and in addition to this confusing email replies. Very disappointing service.

Promised delivery of shoes but still nothing received have messaged and called left number and Facebook message. No response just need to know for my holiday. Terrible customer service took my money quick!!!

Phoned Pavers on the 1st of May. Ordered and paid for shoes for my wife’s birthday, which was the 11th of this month. I can get through to order another pair of shoes, but customer care is impossible to contact. The order operator couldn’t help either. My phone bill arrived yesterday, I pay £10 per month to cover calls(landline),but pavers is a premium number. Various emails, ignored. Still no shoes. Will never deal with this firm again.

I ordered a pair of trainers 29th March, I have had no correspondence from anyone one as they have still not arrived. I called and emailed last week and they said they would be here by now. Called today and they are lost in transit. They can not send another pair as they are out of stock but still selling them on there site. I have paid for next day delivery. I decided to call and after I was told that royal mail have lost them !!! I've spoken to royal mail and they haven't received them. ??? The lady put the phone down on me. My trainers were £64.00 !!!! So so disappointed 😞

Terrible Service. Two fails deliveries from two separate items. First item "lost in transit", second item sent to replace the first but thats now got a locating error. No communication or updates from company to explain this, only found out though my own contact. This item is a present which they now can't guarantee will get to me on time. Was told there was plenty of stock though.

Ordered two pairs of shoes online on 1st March ,one pair dispatched very quickly but no sign of the other pair contacted Pavers only to be informed they would be dispatched on the 24 th March ! Why not inform the customers at point of sale ? This is taking money under false pretences.
