This is the second time I have paid for next day delivery but have not received goods on specified time. Pavers should not charge for this service if they cannot guarantee next day delivery.

Ordered shoes 21st October, (now 18th November) Paid standard delivery £2.99 advertised as 3-5 days delivery, then told please allow additional 7 days for the item to be delivered. Contacted Pavers twice and told should be dispatched within 24 hours. Phoned Pavers again today, to be told shoes probably not in country yet, and that they expected them in 15th December. Why have i been charged £2.99 delivery for this so called service. NOT HAPPY.

Still no shoes after almost 4 weeks beware they hardly answer your emails .asked for a refund 2 weeks ago as shoes wern't going to be here on time. Said shipping 5 to 7 days..they said they had been shipped so they couldn't refund. After sending emails I finally got an email to say they were shipped 2 weeks later.

Ordered some navy blue penny loafers and paid extra for delivery today Today I get an email saying my order was cancelled due to them being unavailable! They were in stock when I ordered them. Now told j have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund! Got cut off when calling customer service. Tried again when I got home. Customer Services line now closed. Shocking customer service by this website.

Ordered three pairs of shoes 07/07/21 received one pair within days. But l am still waiting for the other two pairs ! Sent a few emails but never get a reply ! Looked up tracking at the being of my order, it says they have been dispatched and royal mail will let me know when then are out for delivery or words to that affect !!! Very annoying :(

I was in store trying to buy trainers with an arch for my son in law.. the store had none the girl in the store advised me about arch cushion to put in the trainer.. bought it my son in law would not wear it he never even looked at it... so next day I took it back to the store the reaction was we don’t take shoe care products back .. when I purchased this item I was never told about this policy .. the girl said read the back of the receipt .. who reads the back of a receipt .. I’m very disappointed not only that the product couldn’t be returned also the staffs attitude if they had explained when I purchased the item I would have spoke first to my son in law... the item cost £11-50 as a pensioner this is not easy to throw away... sorry for the rant but maybe your employees should let customers know when they purchase this item.. Thankyou ...

Great shoes ....... BUT...... beware lengthy time in getting your money refunded! Shoe order delivered to store for collection. Too small so needed to swop for next size up. Same price and colour but assistant would not exchange like for like so had to make another purchase for 2nd pair. Would not credit my return on the same credit card there and then but was given Customer Order Return Slip stating I would “automatically be refunded on my card” together with receiving an email informing me I would be “refunded in the next few days”. Having received no monies I enquired a week later (albeit losing 1 day to the Bank Holiday) to be told I could expect this within the next couple of days. Alas, no joy ,so rang again today and informed I should really allow up to 14 WORKING days (thereby potentially up to 3 weeks). This I was told is clearly stated on their website. This may be the case but I would strongly suggest the above wording on both their customer order return slip and the email notification I received is not transparent and in fact misleading. A refund from this company is anything but “automatic” (it took 3 days to even start the process) and I would suggest that in reality up to 14 working days can hardly be construed as “within the NEXT FEW days”. To date it seems I could still be waiting at least a further week for my refund some 3 weeks since exchanging my shoes. In it’s communication with me, by receipt and email, Pavers have not been forthcoming with the truth.

Poor quiality item - sole of shoe very thin and not comfortable at all. HIDDEN CHARGES on their retuns policy. They charged me 5.50 for a standard UK return, even tho website states it is 2.99. Would never use again. Poor quality product. Untrustworthy company.

Had to chase delivery which took nearly 3 weeks. One shoe was faulty so returned the pair but they refunded less cost of postage. Cannot recommend Pavers!

Hidden chargers for returns when the company has changed the sizing of it's shoes! How is that my fault??? Why should I pay for their mistake?!

Ordered 2 pairs on 27 March, paid by Paypal. Called Pavers on 06 April only to find out they didn't have them in stock. Terrible. At least keep your customers informed Pavers. Communication is key. Kept my money for almost 10 days without any updates. The only email I got from Pavers was about confirming the order. Had to cancel eventually. Horrible experience PS: Pavers webmasters didn't publish this review on their website. Shows how fraudulent they are in removing genuine reviews.

Very poor firm. Would not buy anything from them again. Paid £19.99 and whenever I returned them they credited my account with £17.49 with no reason whatsoever. The 11 size slipper is small fitting and it was a present. Beware lack of customer care is with this firm and there are better firms you can order from. Never again. J Watt

Ordered boots and paid for 2Jan nothing yet! 9 days later!! Ordered boots from Footway based in Sweden on Thursday evening 7 Jan received today 11th. Now that is Service and Pavers much too expensive...

no phone answer ! want to return pair of shoes not wide enough even in a size 8 (required a 7 but too narrow) this is still too narrow. Not one available on the phone although it says will answer your call ! a total joke! I have tried for several days now and even in January no answer neither to my emails requesting a return label to get my money back ! this is disgusting what a horrible company who gives you zero after service service ! they have the audacity to state that returns within 14 days, how can you do this when you are buying a Xmas present to send to someone ? I dare them to start Covid ! we are here in a tier 5 but Somehow the businesses online are still working ! I strongly recommend that no one relies on this company beware of their complete lack of care once you bought and also the wide fitting they state is Not fit for purpose !

Ordered slippers 3 weeks ago. No reply on Customer Service number. However was sent straight away 5 pairs of socks which were automatically added to your order unless you opted out. Sneaky!!!

Ordered boots online on the 6th December, apparently in stock. Thought that I was allowing reasonable time for them to be delivered by Christmas, as they are a present. Its nine days now and looking at the tracking they still have not been dispatched. Tried emailing but got a generic reply and tried phoning, no-one answers. If they ever do get dispatched they will fall into the void that is Royal Mail and I do not expect to receive them this side of Christmas. Pavers have my money, my sister does not have a gift. BUT, the silence from Pavers is the most stressful thing about the whole situation.
