Phoned Pavers on the 1st of May. Ordered and paid for shoes for my wife’s birthday, which was the 11th of this month. I can get through to order another pair of shoes, but customer care is impossible to contact. The order operator couldn’t help either. My phone bill arrived yesterday, I pay £10 per month to cover calls(landline),but pavers is a premium number. Various emails, ignored. Still no shoes. Will never deal with this firm again.

I ordered a pair of trainers 29th March, I have had no correspondence from anyone one as they have still not arrived. I called and emailed last week and they said they would be here by now. Called today and they are lost in transit. They can not send another pair as they are out of stock but still selling them on there site. I have paid for next day delivery. I decided to call and after I was told that royal mail have lost them !!! I've spoken to royal mail and they haven't received them. ??? The lady put the phone down on me. My trainers were £64.00 !!!! So so disappointed 😞

We ordered a pair of shoes before lockdown. Obviously we couldn’t collect them.Contacted them when they opened and was assured of a refund. We still have had no refund. Please check if you are in the same boat.

I bought a pair of Paver shoes, I found them comfortable so I bought 2 more pair, same style, different colour. After a very short time (a few weeks) the soles became very weak, feeling every pebble I walked on and soaked water through the soles. Initially comfortable but definitely not value for money. No more Pavers for me.

Just harvest credit card information then cancel the order to say they are not in stock, they are still available on the website over 15 hours later to buy but not in stock ? So why continue to collect people's payment details when you could just update your website to say out of stock ?

I placed my order on the website and paid for it. 3 days later I messaged Pavers to ask about delivery only to be told the goods were not in stock and I would have to wait 10/12working days for delivery.When I placed my order the goods were showing in stock.Surely if the goods were not in stock my money should not have been taken. Very poor customer service and in addition to this confusing email replies. Very disappointing service.

Excellent range of comfortable, smart and attractive shoes. Service was also excellent. 2 very pleasant and helpful assistants. I will certainly go to Pavets again particularly the Shrewsbury branch in Percy Throwers Garden Centrei

Bought a pair of navy shoes for £44.99 at Pavers at Unit 12 Dockside Outlet Centre Chatham ME4 3ED on 10 March 2022. After 3 wearings of the shoes you could see definite wearing on the sides of the moulded sole. I took them back to Pavers and was informed that it was 'wear and tear' and there was nothing they could do! Is this the case? That sum of money was considerable for me as I live on pensions and I was very disappointed as Pavers have always given me a very good product in the past. Do not want this published - I just want a response from you.

Terrible Service. Two fails deliveries from two separate items. First item "lost in transit", second item sent to replace the first but thats now got a locating error. No communication or updates from company to explain this, only found out though my own contact. This item is a present which they now can't guarantee will get to me on time. Was told there was plenty of stock though.

Ordered two pairs of shoes online on 1st March ,one pair dispatched very quickly but no sign of the other pair contacted Pavers only to be informed they would be dispatched on the 24 th March ! Why not inform the customers at point of sale ? This is taking money under false pretences.

I went to St Enoch Centre pavers to return a faulty pair of shoes and was served by a very helpfull young lady viv. She was the most helpfull person what a credit to have her working for your company.

Had to return shoes that were uncomfortable. Because I did not tick additional 99p returns offer when I purchased the shoes, not only was my postage not refunded, but an additional £2.50 was also deducted, because their customer services department deemed that not to be a reasonable reason for return!! Never purchase from Pavers again and would not recommend EVER!

Further to my previous review 18th November. Still no sign of shoes which were ordered 21st October, (now 4th December). If the company were to contact us to explain the situation it wouldn't be so bad. We have noticed that online shoppers are leaving mostly poor reviews, so would advise shopping in-store, and forget their online site.

Still no shoes after almost 4 weeks beware they hardly answer your emails .asked for a refund 2 weeks ago as shoes wern't going to be here on time. Said shipping 5 to 7 days..they said they had been shipped so they couldn't refund. After sending emails I finally got an email to say they were shipped 2 weeks later.

Ordered some navy blue penny loafers and paid extra for delivery today Today I get an email saying my order was cancelled due to them being unavailable! They were in stock when I ordered them. Now told j have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund! Got cut off when calling customer service. Tried again when I got home. Customer Services line now closed. Shocking customer service by this website.

Great shoes ....... BUT...... beware lengthy time in getting your money refunded! Shoe order delivered to store for collection. Too small so needed to swop for next size up. Same price and colour but assistant would not exchange like for like so had to make another purchase for 2nd pair. Would not credit my return on the same credit card there and then but was given Customer Order Return Slip stating I would “automatically be refunded on my card” together with receiving an email informing me I would be “refunded in the next few days”. Having received no monies I enquired a week later (albeit losing 1 day to the Bank Holiday) to be told I could expect this within the next couple of days. Alas, no joy ,so rang again today and informed I should really allow up to 14 WORKING days (thereby potentially up to 3 weeks). This I was told is clearly stated on their website. This may be the case but I would strongly suggest the above wording on both their customer order return slip and the email notification I received is not transparent and in fact misleading. A refund from this company is anything but “automatic” (it took 3 days to even start the process) and I would suggest that in reality up to 14 working days can hardly be construed as “within the NEXT FEW days”. To date it seems I could still be waiting at least a further week for my refund some 3 weeks since exchanging my shoes. In it’s communication with me, by receipt and email, Pavers have not been forthcoming with the truth.

Ordered 2 pairs on 27 March, paid by Paypal. Called Pavers on 06 April only to find out they didn't have them in stock. Terrible. At least keep your customers informed Pavers. Communication is key. Kept my money for almost 10 days without any updates. The only email I got from Pavers was about confirming the order. Had to cancel eventually. Horrible experience PS: Pavers webmasters didn't publish this review on their website. Shows how fraudulent they are in removing genuine reviews.

Ordered slippers for mum, the web site considering for older people very crafty. Twice they suggested and added a handbag that I did not click for. Had my mum bought this online she would ended up with handbag not wanted but she would not return thus bought. Should be ashamed as the target group not as computer literate, upwselling at it worst

Very poor firm. Would not buy anything from them again. Paid £19.99 and whenever I returned them they credited my account with £17.49 with no reason whatsoever. The 11 size slipper is small fitting and it was a present. Beware lack of customer care is with this firm and there are better firms you can order from. Never again. J Watt
