Raja 1 review 1 star: Bad Just now Stay away...if you can This is very greedy bank and try to avoid it. The customer service would lie to you to keep your money on hold and they will deduct their fees immediately and will not wait for a minute or so.. I always had problems with customer services and they just copy and past answers and lie about your transaction to hold your money. They will say to you that they are doing security checks but this is just an excuse to keep your balnance pending..their fees are too high..both ebay and paypal are grabing money out of sellers pockets.

is my money transferred to my account, or not On 24th Jun I initiate a transfer from my PayPal account for an amount of $247.04 to my Community Federal Savings Bank Account ending in x-1028, with transaction id 3W576351PN327024T I receive an email from PayPal 26th Jun, as "Electronic funds transfer declined", as follows: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Community Federal Savings Bank declined Minimum Balance Manager's second attempt to transfer money from your bank account to your PayPal account. Balance Manager has been turned off and won't make any more attempts to restore the minimum balance that you set. To turn Balance Manager back on, log in to your PayPal account, go to your Profile, click "My money", and update the "Balance Manager" section. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I check my online banking via Payoneer. It shows the a deposit as PayPal XX-011028 for amount of $244.57, with the transaction fee included. This is from the transfer on the 24th @ $247.04. There is a discrepancy on the email and online banking. PayPal says the money isn't transferred. My online banking shows it is. And my linked account is automatically removed from PayPal. I receive an email from Payoneer yesterday morning at 04:55am which says my bank account, and Mastercard are frozen, linked to company Wirecard AG. So what's happened is, soon after I transfer the money from PayPal to my bank account, it's frozen. My money transferred To my account Turns to a black hole ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ On these discrepancies, I put it to the test by heading on to Galaxy Mall 3 where there is a BCA ATM. I go ahead with a withdrawal using my Mastercard. The ATM screen shows "your card is not usable any more". I take a photo of the ATM screen. I take a video of me putting the card in the ATM, going for the withdrawal, and the same message appearing on the ATM screen. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ On a return visit to the mall, I head for the Ranch Market Foodmall. I go for a reattempt to bill my card for my groceries. The Visa / Mastercard terminal shows "do not honor". My Mastercard neither works at an ATM, nor when going for the chip reader. I take a photos, and a video of the terminal rejecting my purchase with my card in the reader. It's confirmed. I cannot withdraw my money, nor make any purchases with my card. The email from Payoneer says Wirecard is insolvent on Thursday. The Visa / Mastercard terminal device is linked to the same company as the one linked to my frozen funds. It says Wirecard on the terminal screen, and sticker on the side of the unit - the terminal is operational at the grocery store. This doesn't explain why my money transferred to my account is inaccessible, and the Visa / Mastercard Wirecard terminal is in use, in the field, without being recalled or frozen too. access to my money, rendered inaccessible Following an implementation with PayPal, my first customer makes payment via this channel 06 Dec, 2019. I link my US Community Federal Savings bank account x-1028 to my PayPal profile. I go ahead with my first transfer of funds from my PayPal profile to my bank account 01 Jan, 2020. It's the first of 62 successful transfers between my PayPal profile and my bank account. On 26 Jun, 2020 I get an email from PayPal ~7 months later: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "A recent transaction with your bank account ending in xx-1028 didn't go through. As a result, we have removed this bank account from your PayPal account. To re-add this bank account to your PayPal account, please confirm with your bank that all information is correct." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It's discovered this end, my bank account and / or linked Mastercard card(s) are frozen supposedly due to Wirecard AG filing for insolvency 25 Jun, 2020. It turns out the transfer from PayPal does go through to my account, from which my money can no longer be accessed, by me. I get an email from Payoneer my card(s) and / or accounts are unfrozen 30 Jun, 2020 as "the FCA has completed its audit and lifted the freeze". I go for restoring my prior working configuration with PayPal. How. Simply by re-linking my bank account PayPal delinks. Not so simple. My same account cannot be linked. PayPal respond on this as: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The type of Bank that you are trying to add is not compatible with PayPal. Withdrawals to this type of bank account may usually be declined by the bank. I recommend you add an account issued in US soil. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ PayPal's response is obviously incorrect. Proven 62 times in a row. And my account is a US account. I cannot gain access to my own money. First on the freezing of my cards. Then on the link between my PayPal profile and my bank account taken out. And without me being able to re-establish the link between the two. From one day to the next... Paypal knowingly let me purchase a product that was falsely advertised ,they let me pay £40 for a inferior product to that advertised after me complaining with difficulty (because at no stage can you have a conversation with a human or get a complaints phone number)they wanted me to pay additional money to return the crappy product with no guarantee of getting a refund then ask me to go through several hoops ,the seller should have sent me a returns envelope I know I was not the only complainant yet the seller hid behind paypal and to add insult to injury they said I would not get a refund because i did not follow their robotic instructions and then t he cheeky f ers wanted me to recommend them to my friends ,I would never recommend a company that refuses to have a human conversation with their customers . So do not trade with paypal unless you have no choice ,I find their customer care disgusting and are quite happy to watch you trade with scammers. My previous dealing s with paypal were good but I now hate this company.

- I jumped through all PayPal's hoops - My emails bare now being ignored - Account frozen as soon as I complained - Money on HOLD - even after a month - No buying or selling, I collect donations via PayPal - Solicitor action on the way DO NOT USE PAYPAL

I recently had problems getting a refund from a seller in China (yeah that old chestnut !). The item was faulty and after numerous e-mails containing pictures and video’s to & fro they told me to return the item “unwashed, unused & in pristine condition”. I replied that this was not possible because when I used it I discovered the fault and could I please have a postage paid label because it wasn’t anything I did that rendered it faulty. They didn’t reply, so that was when I escalated it to the PayPal resolution centre I.D No. PP-D-64161551. Again after numerous e-mails PayPal replied that “the seller has agreed for the item to be returned”. I pointed out that I had got to that stage before involving the resolution centre. They said “read the sellers terms and conditions”. I replied that if I paid the return postage of over £100 the seller could refuse to honour the refund because the item had been used. PayPal’s professional reply was “If I take a television back to a local department store I would be expected to cover the costs of the return”. My point of this review is to warn people that if they purchase goods from overseas they will get no protection from PayPal even if the goods were faulty.

Paypal is no pal of mine! So many hacked accounts make this impossible to trust, no matter what they say this is not secure! When you are a victim of fraud they deny accountability. They love keeping your money on hold too, they say it's for security purposes but it's a whatever situation with them. Sold a legit item? We'll review that for 21 days thanks. Oh you want to now withdraw that? Give me another 5 days minimum just to make sure. Someone hacked your account and logged in on a foreign device in India and gone on a spending spree? Na that was you silly, were not liable for that. Customer service is actually shocking, literally people who will just read off a sheet and not actually give you a straight answer - that's if you can actually contact them. It's a shame they are the only way to do business with Ebay Anyway make your own choice. If you fancy your account being on sale on the darkweb then make sure your credit cards linked and be sure to sign up your family and mates, I hear they have a referral scheme.

If you like having hold on money for 6 months look no further. Paypal is the most shady operated business I have even felt with . They randomly hold funds for extensive periods of time to collect interest for themselves and give no explanation as to why ! Just yesterday I received a message saying they were done doing business with me for violating there policy (no additional detail) and they were holding my honest $1550 for 6months and then they would let me know how to get it . I contacted several people and finally got someone who had there head on straight . Ended up being a system fluke and they fixed it . You can’t be sending “system flukes “ to people that are trusting you as a bank . I am no longer going to do business with them due to irresponsible business practices and knowing now they can justify taking everything I have with absolutely no reason ! I am canning eBay on that not as well for the same type of practices !

I bought an item with eBay (forced to pay with PayPal) and they take the money instantly. Seller cancels the transaction offering full refund, PayPal puts the funds on hold until cancellation is processed. This takes 5 working days (read 1 week!!!) then when transaction is concluded, it’s a further 5 FULL WORKING DAYS to get MY money. I was told by PayPal and eBay that after the up to 5 working days I would get my money. They both are liars. I was also told by my bank PayPal has the capability of paying instantly but they chose not too. They are self accountable and I am looking into not only getting my money faster but how I can be compensated as this has left me with nothing at Christmas. I will keep posting negative reviews on different sites until PayPal takes notice though by the look of it half the internet hates them already.

This company supports scam companies/websites. When I notified them that a scam was going on and that they were used to collect the money from the scammer, they did nothing. The scammer used PayPal to collect my had earned money!!! I wish I could give them no stars. Terrible company!

If I could put ZERO Star I would. DO Not Trust Paypal they support a Scam company called VIPauction. This is a company that Steal your money and Paypal support them. Stop using Paypal till they have refunded every single penny paid through them to VIPauction.

I have a paypal account for over nine years now. I find it is only good for paypal to paypal payments. Recently I tried to withdraw money from my account, and it was a very frustrating and unsuccessful attempt. The system blocked my withdrawal with no helpful feedback as to why I can’t withdraw or how to proceed from there. I called the helpline a dozen times. It is just an automated audio version of the help section on the website. And if you succeed in reaching a person on the helpline, they just tell you what you already know. There seem to be no one responsible or capable of explaining what went wrong let alone help you out. After 4 days of trying to withdraw my money and failing. I finally gave up and returned the money to my customer and ask him to pay me in any other way except paypal.

Received an item that was not as described from a seller who had disguised their location in China. After unsuccessfully trying to contact seller decided to contact PayPal resolution centre. Despite there being a return address in the UK on the parcel, PayPal instructed me to return it to China, supplying the address and contact telephone number and suggesting I go through Parcel Monkey as cheapest way. Delivery failed as address was multi-storey block of flats and the telephone number supplied by PayPal was incorrect. Parcel was returned to UK. PayPal will give me a refund if i can prove through tracking that parcel has been delivered. Parcel cannot be delivered as contact information wrong. Parcel Monkey now saying I must pay for courier to return parcel to me. So now I have paid for goods; paid for return delivery in order to get refund; and unless I now pay for return of goods, will not even have the goods, which I could possibly sell in order to recoup a very small part of my losses. Hello Franz Kafka.
