Ordered a toner for my printer on next day delivery. I am now 3 1/2 weeks in with no toner and no refund. No emails have been answered since the 5th December. I have rang customer services so many times asking for a full refund to get the same answer we are awaiting a refund from the supplier. Well I purchased it from you Curry’s Business I want my refund. Will never use again.

Hours of time wasted trying to get goods or a refund, .... Monday morning after wasting hours on line and on the phone still I have not got a delivery date for the phone I have paid for ....so much for next day delivery, Apparently they don't know if any branches have the phone in stock but have confirmed that they do have phones in stock for contract sales ... so basically after taking my money they wont give me a phone because they are all reserved for contract sales .. why then did they advertise phones for sale on their website and take my money ....after a long and frustrating telephone conversation where I asked if they have any way of getting a phone to me for Wednesday or if not to give me an immediate refund ? I was told I need to speak to sales , no resolution was offered except a refund when I asked how long it would be before I received the funds back in my account as I needed the money now to buy a replacement, I was told that I was being rude and had the phone put down on me...I was not rude I was simply stating a fact that I had been misled which understandably I was not happy about ..non existent customer support , ..avoid this company !

In July 2021, I purchased a new PC form Curry's PC World in Leamington Spa. The customer services was atrocious. When I first approached them, it was with a price match, which they refused to honour, thereby invalidating their so-called `price promise'. I provided them with meticulous details of the cheaper price for the PC, but they categorically refused to honour or even discuss it. This included the store manager. I challenged their price promise obligation, however it was then that they refused to discuss it further as they knew that I would have to travel further afield to buy the cheaper product, so I didn't have any choice. They fully exploited this. To further avoid accountability, Curry's PC World have no complaint procedure as they have set up procedures to avoid customers. In other words, they cannot be contacted. They have a bogus email address, which they refuse to answer to. I contacted them directly and received only an automated response. I heard nothing since. I tried contacting them through "Resolver", the independent issue resolution service, which connects consumers with organisations to help find the best outcome. Curry's PC World ignored that too, as I still received no response. Almost a year on, last week to be precise, I encountered a problem while moving my PC to another location in my home. The monitor socket at the rear of the unit fell into in it. I could have resolved this myself by simply opening up the unit a placing it back into its socket. However, rather than risk giving Curry's PC World an excuse should I have an accident, I opted to return the unit to the store to have it repaired. I think the manager recognised me. When I explained the problem to him, his instant response was, "This is a repair that is NOT covered by your warranty, so you may have to pay for it to sent off and for the actual repair". This was before he even looked at it. I would strongly urge potential customers to completely avoid at all costs purchasing anything from Curry's PC World. Their in store customer services is appallingly antagonising, which can only be due to the example shown by their head office, which deliberately refuses all contact with their customers. I write this review as a WARNING to all Curry's PC World customers. Shop there at your own risk.

PC World Business took full payment of my order placed last week. I was expecting delivery within 3 working days. 6 working days later I had received no update from them via email or my online account. I then called their helpline to be placed on hold for 20 minutes for them to explain they could no fulfil my order. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received and will not be ordering from PC World Business again.

We decided to make some big purchases for our company through PC World Business as we thought of them as a reputable high street brand. If they keep up the scam artist behaviour they'll be joined the High Street graveyard soon. We have had no communication regarding an order that should have arrived 5 days ago and we unable to get through to anyone at all for help. The order is showing in our online account under Past Orders, and nothing shows in our Orders in Progress tab. Almost £400 deducted from our card, no further communication after our Order confirmation on the 17th February. I understand things are not normal at the moment, and understand entirely if there may be delays along the chain. However the websites states that online in operating as normal during Coronavirus, and not once along the way have we received a warning that things may be taking longer than usual. We expected this delivery Next Day, as that is what was stated at time of ordering. When you try all contact channels on the website, you are stonewalled at every channel. When you try to CALL them on 0344 561 6789, you are on hold for ages and then transferred to an automated message and cut off. Sometimes you might get through to a human after a long time, only to be told that you have reached the Personal department, and not Business (even though you called business) and then you get redirected to "Business" again to be cut off. When you try to reach out to an agent via ONLINE CHAT, you enter your name and email address and are taken to the chat box, where you are asked to select the nature of your order. I selected Discuss Existing Business Order, to which I was then asked whether my order began with CUR or CIR, to which I selected the NO option (as my order number is comprised entirely of digits and prefixed with no letters at all), to which you are then presented with the message that your chat is being transferred to another agent. Three animated dots continue to play out given the illusion that you are being connect to an agent, however no agent appears. I have been held in this state of limbo for up to an hour at one time to be told that no agents are available. I have repeated this process a dozen times to no avail. When you try to see how to contact PC World Business through EMAIL the only address the website displays is one to contact if you wish to opt out of marketing. It then says you can fill out a contact form, however no link to this elusive contact form is presented. The contact form appears to not exist at all! Twitter hasn't been very helpful, the only customer service linked to the company are the @TeamKnowhowUK who incidentally KnowNothing. What the hell is going PC World Business? We need answers, we need our printed, and if we ain't getting those, we need our dosh back.

I placed an order and I did NOT received the item yet. I couldn't reach anyone on their phone lines. The webchat failed to connect to an agent every time I have attempted to use it. The Chat bots are totally useless. NO ONE at any of the THREE stores I visited to seek help were interested or capable of helping with the whereabouts of my order. The service I have received is shocking. You should NOT list your store as a place to get help for online orders. As yet,no reply

I'm still waiting for a refund that they agreed to process within 3-5 days (email stating automatic refund to credit card) that was 17th December, its now 26 January. They did not have the product to send, but they still have over £400 from my credit card. They don't answer my calls ( 10 or more, and counting: the line just disconnects after an automated response), emails are not responded to, and 7 or 8 goes at online chat ended in frustration! It feels like dealing with a scam company. My bank are currently initiating a chargeback: you've been warned if you're reading this. Shame I can't put no stars.

Worst Company Ever, Do Not Use Them. I ordered a tablet from them in November. They sent me a dispatch email but I never received my item. I have sent them numerous emails informing them I never received the item but they have never replied. I have also tried to phone them but after being put on hold for about an hour the call disconnects.

Terrible service and customer service. I bought two coffee machines on two different occasions. The first order, I had to chase the refund that was actually cancelled on behalf on curry’s. The second order was cancelled again on behalf on curry’s and this time haven’t even bothered to put in a refund through...reading these reviews I wish I had never bothered. This sister company of curry’s just seems like a scam and will never be buying anything from curry’s again.

Placed an online order, only to be told it hadn’t gone through. So went out and paid for the item , only to find the first payment was taken from the bank. It took weeks to get my money refunded and I have read that this is happening all the time. Terrible after sales care, customer services non-existent. Left reviews on TrustPilot and Currys PC world must have seen it, as my genuine 1 star review was removed. Incidentally, Currys PC world use Reevo on their own website and again they do not publish any bad reviews. Not the reputable company they claim to be, unfortunately.

70732910, 70732950 + 70733018 all ordered 3 weeks ago. Cancelled after a week but didn't refund. Just said someone will be in touch about it. No communication and no sign of refund (£1,500). Will ring bank - don't bother ordering unless you want to be ignored and lose your money. Should have just returned payments when cancelled - must be holding customers hard earned money to make their accounts look better than they are. _________________________________________ Currys PC World Business acknowledged this feedback by getting TrustPilot to remove my original post a few weeks ago. Indicates many more bad comments are not being shown. Had time to get it removed but not time to refund. Disgraceful

Zero regard for providing a simple give and take service. Placed an order for an item seemingly never in stock for £750 and received an email to say so, saying my money would turn into store credit should i not respond within 5 working days. It takes about 5 working days to get through to anyone!! I got through and was told the refund will be processed, sure enough a confirmation email came the next day stating 3-5 working days... That was 3 weeks ago now for me, and I've had to involve my bank. Literally theft, from a company as big as pc world / currys, who'd have thought. I am still out of pocket. It is very easy to see why companies like amazon are so successful. PCWorld/Currys will sink, it is only a matter of time, they're a shocking company.

After ordering an xbox series x on the 11th Nov my order was immediately cancelled. It was quite clear that there had never been any machines in the first place, they stated that there had been a bulk cancellation. 3 weeks later I spent hours on the phone on hold, they hung up when I got through until I was forced to bulk email them for attention. After getting attention I was then threatened for using the word 'damn' in my email. "Pay me my damn money", note that 'damn' is not a vulgar word in English language yet I have since been ignored. It is the 5th Dec and still no refund. I am fuming and at this point it seems like Currys / PC World Business are maybe conducting a scam to withhold peoples finances.

Swerve Alice in customer service. You probably spent 40mins on hold, but hang up and start again. She hung the phone up on me when I requested the complaints email and lost her mind when I told her I was recording the call. As I am sure you are aware… In the UK you are not required by law to inform the other party that a call is being recorded…. So why am I so furious. I placed an order with PCWB on Friday for 2 PCs. They said it was next business day delivery. So on Tuesday I called - spent 40mins on hold - to see where they were. I was told they were dispatched, but no tracking was available. I said that’s funny are you sure? I was batted off. So called back Wednesday at 1pm and spent 20min getting through. I spoke to Alice. Alice told me they had been discontinued and weren’t coming. I said I was furious and Alice asked “why?” (I’ve ordered and paid for stuff Friday, expected them Monday, called Tuesday and spent over 40mins on the phone, called Wednesday spent over 25mins on the phone to be told there discontinued – is she For Real?) PCWB has my money, isn’t sending out any machines, my online portal says order received and nothing processing, and special Alice has no idea why I am unhappy. Customer Services is not for her, maybe the warehouse has a spot? PCWB are advertising a machine online, allowing me to purchase and then lying saying its been dispatched. PCWB is this acceptable? When were you going to do something? I have staff here needing to use the machines and PCWB weren’t aware until I called, repeatedly they were discontinued AND lied on Tuesday saying they were dispatched. Appalling – now they are saying it will take 7 days for a refund. So 5days wasted as machines discontinued, another 7 days for the refund - 12days before I can even but from elsewhere.

I am tired waiting to get through on the phone. Tired with Tunbridge Wells customer services too. No help or advice from anywhere. We bought two laptops in 2016 and bought careplan with them. One of the laptop has been to your repair services 4 times and came back without success. Tunbridge Wells store is trying to sort out but they can’t see the proof of purchase. They can only find careplan invoice and they think it’s for the actual laptop which is very silly of them. I need the copy of invoice for this purchase ASAP. Both laptops were bought by John Sheffield on 07/12/2016. Receipt number for purchase of careplan is 024283 I need invoices ASAP please Can somebody email me? I have been waiting on phone for 1.5 hours with no success. Customer service has been extremely disappointing. I will take this further My number is 07862287409

I have never had the mis-fortune to deal with 'PC World business' before and certainly will not be doing so again. I ordered a Epson printer on 7/8/20 - received notification of shipment the following day - since then nothing - no printer no contact - I sent an email to query - nothing -so I rang -spoke to a totally disinterested lady - said been shipped by agents - won't refund as shipped! -will send chaser - nothing- avoid at all costs.

I had a simple question about an item I was ready to purchase and waited patiently for livechat. Eventually I got a smartie who asked for information I had already given him and which he hadn't read then answered my question while telling me to read the "specs" which i had done. Undeterred, I pushed on to order and when I went to "checkout" I was taken to a page that asked if I had an account. I answered no and expected to be taken to a payment gateway. I had to open an account which I did in order to proceed to the payment gateway. I paid. I then checked my email for an acknowledgement of the order and payment but nothing was there. The payment had been taken from my card, however. I do have an email acknowledging a business account which i do not want and will certainly not now use. Hours later and I still have no acknowledgement of payment or of the order. On my unwanted account orders page, the order is "processing". The payment isn't "processing". Webchat has disappeared and I have not had a response to my email to customer services. I am appalled.

Do not shop here, they take your money and do not give it back. I placed and then cancelled an order for 2 computer screens on 23rd April. The items had been dispatched so i immediately returned them and they were received on 28th April. I am still waiting for my money to be returned five weeks later, over £220 is still owed and i have no idea if or when it will ever be refunded. Customer services take days to respond and do not address your concerns, just say it has been chased. To add insult to injury, i received a credit note the other day, for just one of screens not both. I still don’t have any money back. Avoid at all costs!
