I ordered a black pair of trousers in August And they have come today October and for me to send item back I have to pay 😡 Contacted peacocks to say how fair is it for me to have to pay when I waited so long customer service is terrible won’t be using peacocks again

Awful customer, service, poor quality clothing, returned an outfit.m that didn't fit, only to be told they don't refund because items purchased were 29 days ago only refund items upto 28 days.Had all intention of bringing items back for refund d but was ill Won't be shopping at Peacocks again. 👎

I buy online to take advantage of the discounts which the stores do not offer. Stores seem against taking online returns. I was told they couldn’t process it because I had paid with PayPal even though I had paid by debit card. Was asked if debit card was linked to PayPal which it was, was told there’s your reason.

I would leave 0 but you can’t… Appalling customer service, I purchase some socks and got the wrong size (my fault) I took them back to the shop the next day to try and exchange them for the correct size - brand new unopened item that they won’t exchange with out a receipt, I have proof that I purchased them on my banking app so I can’t see why such a big company won’t exchange them for the correct size.. Apparently the lady has worked in retail for 30 years and according to her no company will offer an exchange without a receipt.. Well I for one won’t ever waste my money in Peacocks again..

Returned £57 worth of items via Evri . Peacocks still denying they received them but Evri tracking proved they received them. Been chasing this now since April and will NEVER give up complaining until they refund me . disgusting company to deal with 😡

Oh dear don't order on line and return with Evri . returned items sent through Evri cost _,£2.99 ,,to return Parcel arrived at Peacocks warehouse only got refund for ,,4 items 2 missing Called customer service to be told there was only 4 inthe parcel and that the parcel was damaged that's why they would be missing and to contact Evri as my contract was with them The 2 items that where missing where the same one size medium and other large also return slip was missing . I am no detective but a return slip missing along with two items !!!! Never again 😡

I returned 2 pairs of flip flops and a dress. The flip flops are joined together so I couldn't even walk in them, however, I could tell that they would be uncomfortable. Also, beads were falling off both pairs so I returned them. I've now received and email saying I won't be refunded for one pair as they're not in the original condition. Erm, yes they are! They've clearly not been worn as they're tied together with plastic tags! In what way could I have worn them? Absolute disgrace. It's the first and last time that I'll be ordering from Peacocks!

Spent £125 in store then had to order some items online, another £100 so ended up returning a few items to store. Can't explain how awful the experience was, the lady at Parkstone was so rude. Are you returning all that. I was so taken aback I said yes, is that a problem. It has really put me off buying at Peacocks again. I've got 1 item left to return now and couldn't do it in store as I paid by PayPal so having to pay £2.99. Absolutely ridiculous when I'd already driven 10 miles to my nearest store. Made me feel so awful in the store.

Had a good experience. Ordered 2 pairs of jeans and couples tops and they were decent quality. Jeans fitted really well.

Having to pay to return a item. That was in a sale. Postage cost half of item. Terrible service. Peacocks have had a sale off me because I kept the other items. Will not be ordering online from peacocks cost because the item comes up in size bigger than size stated online.

First order and I will never repeat. Shocking lack of information up front regarding returning goods. Exclusions also regarding how you pay - is this legal. Never ever purchase from this site

Terrible quality, even worse refund policy. Basically just gave Peacocks my money and they refuse to even entertain the idea of a refund. Avoid.

Did an order in Kendal store yesterday by the staff online #200208771 for a tee-shirt and paid postage on arrival home found in the receipt that a different one had been ordered black instead of the blue one I had brought to the counter! Contacted Kendal told to contact customer service waited 20 mins for phone to be answered they could cancel the order but I would have to go in store for a refund - extra petrol and parking for their mistake. Contacted Kendal and told the same obviously not run by people in the 21st century! Do not buy anything unless you want to spend a day sorting out their errors! Very expensive mistake!

Bought a pack of socks but wrong size had receipt and socks were still in packaging so impossible to have been worn but wouldn't exchange as policy so why bother give me the receipt if its useless, for a tax write of on a pair of socks, also if hygiene is the issue about returning socks what is stopping me buying a pair of trousers and running a marathon while going commando then returning them and apparently that would be acceptable take the pea out of the name and that's what your dealing with here

I brought £50 worth of goods in dec2023 I'm still waiting for them. All I keep getting in reply to my emails is that they are investigating. So be very careful when ordering from them.

I just went in to get my online clothes order & it turned into a joke.(20th Jan 2024 about 10:30 am) I was told I have no manners after defending myself against two unprofessional women(no customer service skills) & that's what I said to them. I had no Hello,please,thank you,just a dirty look,like I was at the bottom of her shoe. I asked "why are you looking at me like that"?"I only want to collect my parcel" Then I got the book slammed down & snapped questions about my order by her. "Name!" I said my name & went to give her my order number. Then she said"I said Name!" I replied "I have just told you my name!" Then the coloured hair tall woman snapped"don't talk to my colleague like that!" I didn't want my order after that & I asked for a refund & told them I won't ever shop in that store again & will be reporting them. I was replied with "Go on then & I have no manners" by the tall coloured long haired one,while the other went to get my parcel. While getting my refund,the one who said I have no manners, looked like she was sucking a lemon while serving another customer. I can now understand why Peacocks have no customers& the shop is empty, if customers are going to be treated like that. I was even wearing trousers & a jumper I bought before(been going there since 2008)most of my clothes are from peacocks. After that I went to other stores (mc dons,morrisons & wickes) had no trouble & great service. Why is this happening in your store?
