“Prices are competitive and service overall good, a minor criticism was shipping took a little longer but it was free so what you expect.”

“I try to buy all my shoes from Pediwear. Emails are answered promptly and I am always well informed as to the progress of my order. You place an order with Pediwear and you know that you will not be charged until the order is complete and ready to go . The attention to customer service is exemplary , I love buying my shoes from Pediwear.”

“To say I am happy with my order and the service I received is an understatement. I ordered the shoes but got an email saying they are out of order and could be upto six weeks before I get them. After a day I got another email saying they have a pair and are sending them out straight away with complementary shoe polish and a shoe horn. The shoes themselves are fantastic pediwear is my new favourite shop.”

“Great customer service, responded to my questions efficiently. Shoes great quality, it is great to own some real shoes made in Northampton for less than £100. They are really comfortable and lovely build. Just note the soles are very heavy but they feel like they will last for years.”
