“Ordering shoes is a tricky business. In particular if a potential return would mean sending them back over the big ocean. Pediwear was really helpful in finding the right size. Questions got answered very quickly, They were as well very honest, stating that there is always a small risk. After my purchase, I had some additional questions, which as well got very quickly and extensively answered. Very recommended seller!!! Jurgen, Montreal, Canada”

Dear Customer Thank you for your review and for leaving us 5 stars despite the delay in receiving your parcel. We are pleased to hear that they fit well. Your parcel did take longer than usual to deliver - unfortunately in early March there were delays across eastern US - caused by the snow storms. We usually advise 8 to 12 working days for delivery to the US though it can be quicker than this. It is very unusual for it to take longer than this. We hope the delivery time wont put you off ordering again, and we hope you continue to get very many good years of service from your footwear. Regards Mike Small Pediwear

“The service is good. The message that confirms when the shoes have been dispatched helps me to know when to stay in to accept delivery. The shoes are very attractive partly because they are not brown or black. They are made on the same last that is used for the Archie (which fits me well) so I hope they will be a good fit. My previous pair of shoes which were not Grenson caused severe pain on the first wearing. After I have found time to find out how to use ebay perhaps I will put them on there rather than take them to the Charity shop.”
