“I buy these shoes for my nephew either as a Christmas or birthday present. He nearly always comes back to the same choice and is always very happy with them. Pediiwear has s good selection of quality shoes, they are very easy to deal with, either over the phone or online. The Service is excellent, with very prompt delivery.”

“Superb service all round. Staff couldn't have been more helpful in assisting me in sizing myself for Loake Burford boots over the phone from New Zealand. Stephen even went to the bother of measuring his own feet with a colleague to give a comparison of how his size related to mine. Advice taken, I purchased the recommended size. Shoes arrived via my in-laws; sizing and condition were perfect. Will most definitely use Pediwear again. :)”

Dear Customer Thank you for your review and for giving us 4 stars despite your concerns regarding the shipping charges. We only ever aim to charge shipping rates which cover our own shipping costs. We are charged shipping based on weight, so it doesn't make it any cheaper to send it via one box. However, we did provide you free shipping on the accessory items - two of which you had ordered and two of which we sent free of charge. I hope this helps explain why we charge shipping as we do. We are always open to consideration of shipping discount if it is possible for us to send it for less but with many orders the amounts we charge do not cover the actual cost to us. “Shoes came exactly as ordered and were shipped overseas expediently (shoe polish and shoehorn were a nice touch). Patiently answered my questions before purchase. Although item i ordered was out of stock i was kept up to date with its progress and item arrived in the timeline i was originally given. Would deal with again.”
