“pediwear can up the game over her competitors by offering a kind of point system for their returning customers. i had written and asked if there are any little gifts that they could have thrown in complimentary but it was never addressed at all. it may not be something big at all, the saying "little thoughts count a big deal" will go a long way for returning customers like myself. happy with the product and overall service though, the person who responded to my email queries was fast.”

We are pleased to hear that you were happy with our customer service but sorry to hear that you felt your suggestions weren't address and responded to. We do appreciate your feedback and as we are growing and evolving, customers thoughts and suggestions are taken very seriously. In response to your advice to offer a loyalty scheme and complimentary gifts. Where manufacturers allow we offer a loyalty club, so subsequent purchases of the same brand are discounted. We also offer free gifts for orders over a certain value but if these are international orders there is an "opt in" facility. This is because the shoe trees add substantial weight to the parcel so add additional postage costs to the customer. Thank you for your time and understanding Warmest Regards Adele Pediwear

“out of stock and took ages to get it in. When they did, i got the pair in under a week from UK to Australia. Perfect, with bonuses too, Good seller.”

“I ordered a pair of Solovair from Pediwear to replace a pair that was destroyed in a car fire. I paid a better price this time than I did last time; my previous pair was purchased from another site. The service and communication from Pediwear was superior, and the shipping time was excellent, faster than some U.S. based companies ship to me (in Maryland, USA). The packaging material was excellent, and my shoes came with a handwritten note from the person who packed them. The shoes are perfect, and the shopping experience made me glad that I bought another pair of Solovair and that I purchased through Pediwear. Thanks!”

“I ordered two pairs of slippers - an international order from UK to Australia. Postage was extremely reasonable - especially compared with the price of shipping tiny items bought on eBay! The slippers had arrived within a week and were in perfect condition thanks to the excellent packing. Excellent & efficient service all round! Thanks very much - I can certainly thoroughly recommend this company.”

“The Grisport walking shoes I bought were to replace a worn out pair of the same model. I need a fairly substantial walking shoe for all terrain dog walking and the previous pair had served me well over the past 3/4 years, I should add that wellington boots and lighter walking shoes are also used. I generally cover a weekly dog walking distance of about 20-25 miles, so even divided among 3 pairs it's still good.”

“Went in to the store and was dealt with by very helpful staff. They didn't have the exact size i needed but promptly ordered it for me and let me know when it had arrived in store so that i could order it from them. Will use again when i've saved up for another pair of Loakes !”
