“My interaction with Pediwear was quite positive. My merchandise arrived in good shape. It was well packaged for the trip across the Atlantic. The only thing I did not like was it was hard to track my order and it took quite some time. These are things however that I do not think Pediwear can really control.”

“I've been a customer for about five years now, after reading several recommendations on the Fedora Lounge website, a website dedicated to, not only headwear, but classic clothes, accessories etc. I live in the U.S. and I don't know of any place that has the product line that Pediwear has, nor the high level of customer service...I'm not at all certain it exists over here any longer, I'm certain the craftsmanship and styling of English shoemaking does not. Take it from me; treating oneself or a family member to a pair of handmade suede shoes, or brogue boots that will last a lifetime, is something every man should experience once.”

“Pediwear once again gave perfect customer service and prompt delivery of top quality footwear. Substantial loyalty discount offered on Loakes shoes together with free wooden shoe trees. Personal handwritten note included in the well packed parcel offering help if I was unsatisfied in any way. I would thoroughly recommend this retailer to anyone looking for a traditional shopping experience amongst the usually bland interface of online purchasing.”

“Placed 2 orders, Barker shoes, delivery was delayed but once arrived they were fine, Barker belt, delivery was rapid. Would use again in the future.”

Dear Customer Thank you for your review - we are pleased to hear that you are happy with the products - we are also very pleased to hear that you would consider using our services again. However the fact that you have only considered us worthy of 3 stars is concerning - we want everybody to have a five star experience. I looked into your order and I see that the day after we received your order we notified you that the product was not perfect. Rather than send this to you we would order a new pair from the factory. We were then able to despatch the replacement pair within 2 weeks of receiving your order - as it was not immediately available from the factory. We are sorry that the first pair was not perfect and that a delay resulted, we understand that such delays are frustrating. However, we do hope you will appreciate that we did all we could to rectify the matter as soon as it was discovered. We look forward to being of service again - next time we will be determined to get 5 stars! Kind Regards Mike Small Pediwear
