“Order out of stock, manufacturers on holiday, long lead time. Shoes arrived in manufacturers box with cheaper price than i paid ? what rating would you give ?”

Dear Customer Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry to discover you are so unhappy with our ordering process. We endeavour to respond to any constructive feedback and we take our reputation for customer service very seriously. I had a look at your order and can see that we received your order two days before Easter bank holiday. Whilst we keep a lot of stock at our warehouse, we don't always have all sizes, colours and styles in stock – but fortunately we can usually obtain these quickly from the manufacturer. Shoe factories have set holidays in the year to enable them to close the whole factory – and unfortunately Easter is one of these. Whilst we understand your disappointment at not being able to obtain the shoes quickly as you had hoped we hope you will appreciate that such matters are out of our control. We are sorry that you did not obtain your shoes as quickly as you would like, but having looked at your order I think that we did as much as we could possibly have done in this situation. I hope my explanation gives you a better appreciation of the situation. I am not sure why you should have found a price ticket on the box at a lower price – this is very strange. We sell these shoes at the manufacturers recommended selling price and the box came straight from the manufacturer. If you still have the box it would be very helpful if you could send a photograph of the sticker you refer to. If the shoe had been in our stock for longer, I would have thought that the explanation would have been obvious – the prices go up twice a year in response to the manufacturer's own price increases and we also have a sale at least once a year. However, since this was not the case, I would be very grateful for your help. Kind Regards Mike Small Pediwear

“Excellent service and product...Loakes Taunton, delivered to Australia. Kept up to date on delivery and arrived before their estimated time. Such a limited range of quality mens shoes in Australia, so very difficult to get the correct size to order online. Will buy from them again when the time comes”

“The customer service I received from the good folks at Pediwear was outstanding. Since the item I ordered through their website was not in stock at the time, I was graciously kept informed of its ongoing status, and it was ultimately shipped to me here in the US in a timely manner. “Shoes arrived within the delivery time and were a fantastic price, would definitely recommend to friends. Can't comment on other styles/brands but I was able to get a pair of size 15-15.5 UK Ecco shoes which are really hard to find in this size, amazingly comfortable. Thank you Pediwear!:)”
