“I have used Pediwear twice now and will continue to use them in the future for all my shoe related purchases. The they offer a great service and range of products that is of great interest to those outside of Europe. In my opinion English made shoes are among the best in the world, and to have access to such a large range through a friendly family run business is a nice change to most options of online shopping. My first experience with Pediwear was for a pair of shoes and I had minimal direct contact with the company itself other than ordering from the online store. I found that the order was processed and shipped with the utmost efficiency and I had my shoes earlier than expected. All products received were as expected and displayed online and particular care had been taken to ensure the shoes were not damaged in the process. My second experience needed direct contact with the company to discuss particular features of the product and I couldn't fault their handling of my request. I had my response within a day and all recommendations were found to be thoughtful and honest. Again, order was shipped and received earlier than expected. I thoroughly recommend you use Pediwear to buy yourself a nice pair of English made shoes and the necessary items needed to maintain them for many years to come. Cameron Sydney, Australia”

“I've bought three pairs of Loake shoes/boots from Pediwear and have largely been extremely satisfied. My only gripe and reason for not giving a "very good" rating is the lack of protective packaging and choice of delivery company. I like to keep my shoes in their original boxes (Loake have such lovely boxes), sadly both boxes have been damaged. I returned one pair for reasons of personal taste, nothing wrong with them per se and that's where Pediwear really demonstrated great service, taking them back without any fuss and issued a refund promptly.”

Dear Mr Bishop Thank you for leaving a review and for your kind comments despite the problems with damage to the boxes. We send out many shoes in the UK and fortunately we very rarely experience problems with the packaging being damaged. I can only imagine that you have been particularly unlucky. I wonder if I could suggest that when you next place an order please leave in the comments 'to be wrapped as an international parcel - as discussed with Mike Small'. This will ensure your parcel receives some additional packaging and hopefully the boxes will then arrive intact. I too keep my shoes in their boxes (since my collection overflowed from my wardrobe into the office) so I know the value of intact boxes for storing shoes. “On placing an order for Mephisto shoes, Pediwear notified me almost by return that they were out of stock but they would try to source them from the Mephisto factory. 24 hours later Pediwear advised me that the shoes were available form the factory and they expected to receive them in 2- 3 days. 3 days later I received an advice that the shoes were on there way to me and I received them 6 days after that here in Australia, very well packed and exactly as ordered. I consider Pediwear's service to be excellent and would recommend them without reservation.”

“I only discovered pedi wear a few weeks ago online. I have since placed several orders and have been impressed with their prompt and diligent responses to my queries. I had to exchange some goods because the size did not fit and there was no problem in exchanging. “Having used Pediwear at least 6 times in the past few years I am very impressed with their excellent service and have always received notification of any delays. Shoes are posted well packed and delivered thousands of miles away in perfect order. I would highly recommend them to anyone that appreciated good service, good value and an excellent range of handmade shoes to choose from”

“I've purchased a few times from Pediwear. Always found them helpful and they price competitively. One issue I do have - if something isn't in stock then don't try and sell it. I recently purchased a pair of shoes or at least thought I did until I was told a few days later they had to be ordered as they were out of stock. Plus it would be two months until they could be shipped.”

We do try to ensure our website is as up to date as possible with regarding to availability. In order to offer the widest choice possible to our customers we offer everything we have in stock in addition to shoes which we believe to be available from our suppliers at short notice. Many of our suppliers provide an excellent stock service which enables us to obtain shoes within 1 -2 days. Unfortunately from time to time their stock runs out and at present we have no way of knowing this until we discover it at the time of ordering. Fortunately items not being in stock either with us or the supplier is a rare occurrence - and if you are ever in need of shoes at short notice please do feel free to call us or use our live chat facility during office hours to check availability.
