“This was my second purchase from Pediwear, and the service was just as good as the first time around. I received a prompt and helpful reply to my request for some pre-purchase information and advice, and when the shoes arrived, there was a hand-written note in the box thanking me for my repeat business. The shoes I bought were Grisport walking shoes, and they are just the thing. They were also cheaper from Pediwear than from any other online retailer.”

“This is the first time I have bought shoes online and I haven't been disappointed once. The service from the sales team was exceptional and the boots arrived very quickly in excellent packaging. Opening the box to see the boots (Loakes Burford boot) was also a nice experience. Apart from a fantastic product there were a few extras that I wasn't expecting. However, I guess that's what happens when you buy a quality product from a quality retailer. All in all, an excellent experience and it has taken buying shoes to a new level for me. I look forward to buying my next pair of shoes. Well done Pediwear, your service is real triumph!”

“Responsive shop with fast dispatch, clear answers to any question, good price policy. Product are supplied as they are described. Weak thing - shop site is a bit hard to navigate, lack photo of products, visually hard to keep eyes focused. It results in always the same action - i go to the competitor's pages, observe what i need and get back for order. In my opinion, this is the most weak place of this highly respective company.”
