“I have purchased two pairs of Loake (Loake Heston 1880 & Loake 747) shoes from Pediwear and I can't believe how fast I got the first pair sent to Australia. I think I ordered it on a Thursday afternoon online (Sydney time) and I received it on following Monday. I like the free shoe-trees that come with the shoes and complimentary gift shoe horn and membership to Loake discount club. I also like the helpful staff who answer my questions about the different last shapes. I look forward to buying more shoes from Pediwear.”

“Excellent Service. However, having ordered from India, it was difficult for me to check the fit, so I took a chance with G. I now find that I should have gone for a H fit. I suggest you should have some system in place to guide International customers on foot fit and size based on various brands you are marketing.”

Dear Mr Nussbaumer We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service we offered for your order. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. In our defence I would point out that you ordered 3 pairs of a unusual size in the same style - as a small family run retailer we would never be in a position to have this many products in stock in that size. We emailed you within 24 hours of your order advising that your delivery would take 12-14 working days to arrive with you (because we needed to order it from the manufacturer especially). In fact your order arrived well within this time period (9 working days). We think that we provided as good a service as was possible for your order, and we think it unlikely that many other online retailers would have had these styles in stock in your size. “Faultless Service and Products combined with Fast Shipping! “Customer service was excellence. My wife bought the TWC6 (wide brim) but finds it disappointing - the material is floppy, and neither the brim nor the crown keep its shape. I bought the classic T5, and that's entirely different. Very pleasant to wear, keeps it s shape. It's going to be my friend for life! But, as I say, customer service was first class. “I finally decided to purchase a Tilley hat , but being the owner of a larger head was unable to find my size on the high street. Subsequently I entered "Tilley hat" in a Google search & Pediwear came up. Their website was easy to navigate & I soon found the hat I wanted in the size I required - at least I thought so. The Tilley sizing chart is a little ambiguous when converting inches to centimetres, so I was unsure of the exact size I required. As a result I ordered the size I thought appropriate but added a caveat in the comments box. The next day a Pediwear member of staff called me on the phone to discuss my requirements & the issues regarding sizing, offered very sound advice & the order was adjusted accordingly. Needless to say, my hat fits like a hat & I'm very happy with my purchase & the advice I received, I will definitely consider using Pediwear again.”
