“Issues with order system and hence orders can be missed or not processed correctly. The onus is back on the purchaser to double check the order. Otherwise, a reasonably good selection at competitive pricing. Reply to Mike: Dear Mike, Thanks for your reply. My opinion has not changed at all, my experiences (x3) have all been bad with Pediwear. Firstly one of my items was cancelled, then an order (my very first one) was left unattended for over 2 weeks. Then when I followed up the non delivery of the shoe tree which I rightly selected the blame was passed back at me for not selecting the option. You have now implied yet again, that I'm somehow not capable of following simple instructions (despite the fact that I'm familiar with the ordering system as this was not my first order) and would not consider that there could be a slim possibility that your system simply failed to record an order correctly. Frankly, I'm now not only disappointed but also quite frustrated. I was trying to give an open and honest feedback but at the same time tried to be fair despite the three bad experiences I had with Pediwear.”

“Your delivery arrangement is bad so that I cannot catch up an important ceremony with my new shoes. I regret about this for my 1st experience in Pediwear. I hope you can do something to make me confident to Pediwear again.”

“In an age where we are used to receiving deliveries from amazon and from apple for instance the 2-3 weeks I had to wait for the shoes was just not acceptable especially as they were quite expensive. Otherwise i was fairly pleased but the website could be much improved too but it wouldn't stop me going back whilst the delivery delay would give me second thoughts. The shoes were exactly as described and arrived safely.”

“On the positive side: The Loake shoes are really fantastic. Well built and will probably last several years of wear. Well packaged. Very nice with the free gifts and membership which give discount on future purchases. Shipping cost are reasonable and price is competitive. On the negative side: Pediwear has some areas which should be improved; The site - Its not easy to navigate or get a good view on the shoes, but do you know what you're after you should be fine. A 360 picture or at least a few more pics on the shoes from different angles would improve the shopping experience. Deliverance: My expected deliverance date was not fullfilled. I had to contact them twice to get the order shipped. The reason for not being shipped - I also ordered a pair of socks which was not in stock. BUT my mails to customer service were promptly and politely replied to - and once socks removed from order, it was shipped the same day. It would have been nicer if they were more pro-active, and suggest to take out items that holds the main goods from being shipped. Conclusion: I will probably buy my next pair of shoes from them.. :-)”
