“I purchased a pair of Loakes shoes from Pediwear and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service. Staff were knowledgeable of the stock, and prompt and polite. The goods were shipped to Australia in record time (shipped Friday Australian time and arrived on the Monday). I will definitely use Pediwear again - it was a pleasurable experience.”

“Even had to return the shoes as they were faulty from the manufacturer. Able to phone a proper land line number not 0845 / 0870 etc. An excellent service and helpful staff. They were asked to let me know when they were to be dispatched and I had to ask them to hold on to them for a week while away on a trip. Would recommend Pediwear to all. Will use them again. Thanks”

“I have now bought 2 pairs of Loakes from Pediwear, and both times the shoes have been with me within 7 days - I'm based in Switzerland so this turn-around time is very good. Pediwear have also answered my questions pomptly and accurately regarding sizing which helps to allay any fears for buying over the internet. A smooth and professional service, my next order(s) will definitely be with them.”

“Good quality footwear is essential to me and hence I have I had to search for decent suppliers of high-end, proper functional footwear. I have now dealt with Pediwear for some 4-5 years now, all remotely and have found there service First Class in all respects. If you want quality, use Pediwear. They offer a truelly superb service that I'm afraid to say, is hard to find these days ! Well done Pediwear ! Thank you.”

“Ordered a pair of Barker's which were not in stock. Received a prompt email with the question on how to proceed. After confirming the order again the shoes arrived (with free shoe horns) within a few weeks as promised. I would certainly recommend this shop and certainly buy again.”
