“I tried on a pair of Loake1880 when visiting Scotland. Loved them. But they didn't have my size. Pedi wear ordered me a pair. Kept me up to date on shipment. I now have a fabulous pair of shoes that came quickly and Inexpensively. Great communication.”

“My first purchase from the US. I have other English shoes. I ordered the size that Tricker's recommended to me for the Sloane loafer. It was too tight. David and Simon helped me get the right size. I sent the shoes back and they sent me the right size with Adele's help. Very pleased with what could have been an unfortunate situation. The shoe fits great. I am happy with the caring service. The inventory and selection is huge making online shopping for England's best very fun and easy.”

“I bought a pair of AS shoes with free shipping and the shoes reached me in 14 days , delivered via normal mail in Malaysia. The tracking was inadequate and it was rather stressful waiting for the shoes to arrive in good order. Well perhaps you could offer options to upgrade the shipping via faster and safer alternatives . I do not mind paying the difference for better option in the shipping. I have done a purchase from other online seller in UK and I received my order within 4 days. The shipping cost me £20. In regards to my order with you , I like to know whether it is insured and if it is, then what is the quantum of compensation in the event the order is lost during transit?”

Dear Customer Thank you for leaving a review - and for giving us four stars despite the problems you experienced with shipping. It is unusual for shipping to Malaysia to take this long and unfortunately at this stage it is difficult to know where the delay occurred. Until your review we have not been aware of any delays in Malaysia - but we will certainly be monitoring the situation now. However, first and foremost I should reassure you that it is our responsibility to ensure the shoes are delivered to you and if they are not we are obliged to either send a replacement or offer you a full refund. We can offer shipping via alternative couriers but this does cost more - however, if you prefer this we can make a note on your account - so that we know to offer this method for you in future orders. Alternatively if you add some comments at the time of ordering requesting a quote for courier shipping we will email you back with the costs of alternatives. We hope you were happy with the shoes? “Have used Pediwear for some years now but my last purchase leads me to believe their standard of service has deteriorated. After placing my order successfully I received an email informing me that the product was out of stock..............so why allow me to order if they didn't have them ? I changed to a different product and shortly after use a heel came off. I contacted Pediwear who informed me I had to send them back and await a decision. This was painful and time consuming, I could have sent photographs but no I had to send them back and wait. Instead I chose to use a local repairer that I have used for years. This has probably invalidated the warranty but it was quick and painless. Needless to say I probably wont buy that brand again and I wont use Pediwear again either.”

All parcels sent outside the EU are protected with corrugated cardboard and should arrive in excellent condition. If they do not we would like to know so we can take this up with the courier. “Though I've ordered a number of shoes and a briefcase via Pediwear, these chukka boots are the first tried from Pediwear's own brand. Already less expensive than comparable types, they are little short of a steal on special while of a quality quite in keeping with a shoe several times more costly.”

“I am very impressed with the outstanding customer service at Pediwear. I live in Minnesota and ordered a pair of boots for my son who lives in San Francisco, CA, USA. He wasn't home to sign for them so they were returned to Pediwear. I received an email update and contacted customer service. The man who chatted with me was friendly and helpful and actually made the experience enjoyable. The shoes were shipped again at no extra cost and arrived quickly. Customers on this side of the pond can order with confidence. I absolutely recommend your company. Thanks for such a positive experience. My son loves the shoes which fit perfectly.”
