“I bought a Tilley TTW2 Herringbone Winter Hat at the end of January 2014 so only worn it for a few weeks - it looks good, fits perfectly and so far has not blown away in the wind. The Pediwear service was excellent as was the packaging and delivery. I will be buying from them again. Dave P”

“I have been looking for a pair of these Jodphur boots for a long time. They seem to be unavailable in the U.S. I received the shipment in a very short time and the product was exemplary. This is a very high quality product, the fit was just as advertised. The quality of this product was as good as a custom made shoe and the style is a classic.”

“I cant believe the excellent value for money, personal service and a couple of free gifts thrown in (shoe polish and shoe horn). The shoes took about a week or so to arrive, but I was in no major hurry. What more could you ask for?”

“Under the pretext of "testing" the international shipping service of Pediwear before committing to a purchase of shoes to be worn with my wedding tuxedo, i placed an order for a pair of tassel loafers. The loafers in my size were initially out of stock but Pediwear's customer service kept me informed, allowed me to chose whether to get a refund or wait for a new shipment. When the new shipment came along, another update email was sent. Loved the fact that i was kept updated throughout the entire process. All these without me even lifting a finger to chase anyone. This is First Class Customer Service and i will not hesitate to recommend Pediwear to anyone. I have told all my friends where they should go to purchase their shoes. I will be choosing my wedding shoes very soon and i believe that i will do that in total confidence that they will arrive in a timely fashion, exactly how i ordered them. Thank you Pediwear! “From start to finish, the whole process was as it should be. I popped into their branch in Halifax and since they didn't have my size in stock, was directed to the pediwear site. I live in Switzerland and the tax side of things was automatically taken care of, and the follow up with the order I made was very professional. The shoes I ordered had a slight defect, but I was notified of this before, with photos showing the damage, and asked if I wanted to proceed -- with a discount. The damage was minimal, so I went ahead. The good arrived in good time and I am very pleased with the quality. I would certainly recommend dealing with pediwear, even if you don't live in the UK.”
