“I've been very impressed with both times I've purchased from Pediwear. The speed of processing and posting the order, the fast, handy notifications of purchase and processing, and on receipt of the goods the excellent packaging and high quality products all impressed me. It's always risky I guess purchasing from so far away (South Australia) but from my experience so far I can say that I feel very comfortable purchasing from this site into the future.”

“All of my experiences with Pediwear have been very positive. I have always found them to be an efficient organisation that, whilst its business with me has been conducted on-line, has nevertheless still had a personal touch. When there have been occasional unavoidable delays with orders they have kept me informed as to estimated arrival times etc and have never allowed me to feel like I was just a number. “Surely one of the country's foremost online quality shoe retailers with a vast range and excellent customer service. Very prompt dispatch and delivery plus first class communications and readily available, eminently trustworthy advice borne of long experience and great knowledge. Often have fantastic offers and their 'Loake Club' really is fabulous idea. The site is a joy to peruse and they have become the reference point/benchmark for many a seeker of properly made, British, Goodyear welted footwear. Full marks!”
