“I have purchased from Pediwear a number of times and the remain a stead fast and high quality seller of leather goods and accessories. Their service is prompt and delivered in 100% quality and their customer service is unlike that which I have received from an overseas supplier. I would highly recommend the investment into a product from Pediwear as you can rely on their professional work.”

“I bought a leather handbag from Pediwear in early March and had it sent directly to our daughter in the Channel Islands as i was unsure if i had time to take delivery, gift wrap it and send it on. I have been unwell of late and let our daughter know that it would be coming direct so wouldnt be 'wrapped'. Felt a bit bad about this so i asked Pediwear if they could put a little typed note on the delivery note wishing her lots of love from us on her birthday. They very kindly agreed, which i was very happy about. But then i was amazed AND absolutely delighted to be told later by our daughter that it arrived BEAUTIFULLY GIFT WRAPPED WITH A GIFT TAG AND MY MESSAGE ATTACHED! I have already been singing Pediwear's praises with anyone who wants to listen online. FANTASTIC service. Well done I have marked my overall rating as 'very good' but this doesnt do the company full justice. It is SUPERB service!”

“Easily the best customer service I've experienced with any online shop/sellers in my ten years of online purchases. Answered all of my emails regarding sizing and care, promptly and in thorough detail. Package arrived neatly presented, with all extra tidbits (shoe trees, wax, and shoe horns) inside the shoe box. Will most definitely be making several more purchases from Pediwear when the Aussie dollar is stronger!”

“Just bought my third pair of Barker’s Shoes/Boots. I wore my first pair for work two days a week alternating with a pair of M&S shoes for two days a week. After two years the M&S shoes (which had about the same amount of use) were worn out and could not be repaired. The Barker shoes just needed re-healing and are still looking nearly as new after nearly four years. My Barker shoes may have cost twice the price that I normally pay (more in the case of the Boots), but there is a fair chance they could actually save money in the long run as they can be repaired / re-built. So, I have nice looking comfortable shoes that are made in England and I have been able to justify the initial expense to myself! As long as I can continue to get shoes of this quality, I don’t think I will buy cheaper foreign ones again. I bought my last two pairs from Pediwear as they do ½ sizes. The service was excellent and can be recommended.”

“Very good service in general, however , the delivery method appears unpredictable, sometimes the order is delivering to the address by the courier , but sometimes have to go to the post office for receiving, which , unfortunately , here is a complex and "fun", namely, spending few hours in waiting , proving to be the right person ( local post offices requires much more consignee's data than the courier services). Suppose, you requesting door to door from your logistic partner , so means, sometimes, somebody is breaking the terms.”

“This is the fourth pair that I ordered from Pediwear. Always a positive experience. Sizing is always tricky without trying on the shoes. After a few emails and chats, we managed to work it out. The Trickers Windemere look and feel great. Pediwear knows customer service!”
