“Excellent service from Pediwear as always. Shoes arrived in a timely manner and tip top as usual. I have purchased several pairs of shoes from Pediwear over the past couple of years and cannot think that I will go anywhere else.”

“I finally decided to purchase a Tilley hat , but being the owner of a larger head was unable to find my size on the high street. Subsequently I entered "Tilley hat" in a Google search & Pediwear came up. Their website was easy to navigate & I soon found the hat I wanted in the size I required - at least I thought so. The Tilley sizing chart is a little ambiguous when converting inches to centimetres, so I was unsure of the exact size I required. As a result I ordered the size I thought appropriate but added a caveat in the comments box. The next day a Pediwear member of staff called me on the phone to discuss my requirements & the issues regarding sizing, offered very sound advice & the order was adjusted accordingly. Needless to say, my hat fits like a hat & I'm very happy with my purchase & the advice I received, I will definitely consider using Pediwear again.”

“I have been a customer of Pediwear for a number of years because I love Loake shoes. From the start I have always found their products and customer service second to none. I recently purchased a pair of Loake Adams to add to my wardrobe - they were the best yet and Pediwear customer service excellent, with good communication and fast delivery. I do not normally automatically give feedback but in this instance I believe both Loake and Pediwear are worthy of the highest recommendation. Well done! R Tompkin (Hampshire)”

“Stephen and David at Pediwear provided exceptionally good service. They were prompt in answering questions and provided very helpful suggestions over the fitting of the various shoe lasts. “I ordered some tins of polish from Pediwear, although relatively low value items they were despatched and packed with the professionalism one would expect from a company that deals in high end shoes and boots, I was not disappointed. Polish arrived superbly packed and in a very timely fashion. I have ordered from Pediwear on more than one occasion and have always had a first class service. Shop with this company with complete confidence. Well recommended.”

“Being Pediwear customer for over 5 years has always been a positive experience for me. This is my first review here. The wallet is made by Tricker's, and it is a true perfect product for a great price, just like any other item that comes from Tricker's. Excellent craftsmanship, that is, every stitch and cut is precise and well thought of. The material is just the right choice for a wallet, soft for touch and pleasing for an eye. The features of the wallet, such as CC slots and a currency compartment, is all a man needs for carrying his credit cards and cash, no more, no less but just right. Highly recommend this wallet.”

“I made my order at Monday 10th March in Helsinki. The purchase left to Royal Mail at Wednesday 12th and it was in Helsinki airport at Friday 14th. I got it in my post office at Tuesday 18th March before noon. The purchase was good packed and it was perfect condition when I received it. I have been very satisfied.”

“All I purchased was a Tilley Hat that was cheaper than buying from Tilley themselves, as Pediwear do not charge postage. The nice hat arrived quickly by post in a strong box, with the hat nicely wrapped and crown supported by tissue paper. When i contacted Tilley about another matter, and mentioned Pediwear's cheaper 'deal', the Tilley rep explained that agents are obliged to sell the Tilley hats at their recommended price, and charging P & P is at the descression of the agent. I would not hesitate to order from Pediwear in the future.”
