“The delivery never arrive until today. I have personally made enquiry thru Pos Malaysia to find out. But no record of delivery of such parcel to Malaysia. I have written several emails to inform the delivery, I have been inform by Customer Service that they can only take action after 25 working days of non delivery. Shoe was dispatched on 18th October 2013. I hope your management can look into better delivery services to reach customers in the shortest time possible. Customers really do not mind paying extra for the delivery. I really want the shoe I order. and looking forward to your reply. Thank You. Regards Roslinah Abdullah Wong”

Dear Ms Wong Thank you for leaving this review. Having looked at your order I can see that we replied promptly when we discovered that your delivery had been delayed. This was quite an usual delay caused by customs in Malaysia. This is quite unusual for deliveries to Malaysia - we have not encountered this previously. Whilst it is true that we might not be able to consider issuing a refund until after 25 days of non delivery, we were able to take action and trace your package through customs - and keep you informed of this progress. We can certainly consider alternative shipping arrangements for customers and provide prices for UPS,DHL as well as Parcelforce or Royal Mail. However we cannot control what takes place in Malaysian customs. We hope you can understand that the delays on this order were outside of our control? If you wish to arrange an alternative courier in future please email us before ordering and we will happy advise regarding alternatives. “I purchased a pair of Loake semi brogues, phoned and advised of a flaw , I then forwarded a picture from my iphone to you with no answer. After further inspection of these shoes I would suggest these are seconds.”

“I was very disappointed when I received your shoes, as after wearing the shoes around the house for an evening to 'bed' them in, the stitching which held the uppers together failed, and exposed a gap of approx 15mm, when I reported the fault the response I received was very apologetic, which I appreciate, however I had to pay the post and packing costs to return the shoes, I am still waiting for the cheque to reimburse me, I have now been waiting 15 days for the cheque.”

“Cannot say anything about the shoes as they were delivered to the wrong place and I don't have them yet. Also there was a delay between the order and dispatch which tends to suggest that they did not have them in stock at the time. If that was the case it would have been convenient to have been told so that I could purchase elsewhere.”

“last time i tried to order a pair of trickers from this company the girl said she would call me back .Twice I called ,twice i waited. I called a company called [Link].I can verify this,I stopped smoking 18months ago and I have bought a pair of shoes or boots every month with the money I have saved.TOTAL/15pairs of Trickers,3pairs of [Link],2 pairs of tackety boots from [Link],a pair of [Link] gardener boots.All in all about £5k. “I have ordered shoes on 29.12.11 and received them today only on 23.1.12 after endless waiting. My expectation of delivery speed was much higher. Shoes is fine but this is thanks to manufacturer.”

“Although I specified delivery to my work address they got sent to my billing address. As I am not there at the weekend it was a major hassle to collect them.”

“Initially impressed by Pediwear website layout and available shoe/boot range. Placed an order 15th October 2011.On 17th October rec'd Email that ordered boots had recently been discontinued and therefore not available. Now five days later (22nd October), the boots are still being displayed as available at website? So does Pediwear ever intend to update their website in order to not disappoint or waste time of other potential customers. And maybe more important, how many other shoes on the website are also not currently available for purchase? Poorly maintained websites like this simply encourages people to go elsewhere!”
