The delivery never arrive until today. I have personally made enquiry thru Pos Malaysia to find out. But no record of delivery of such parcel to Malaysia. I have written several emails to inform the delivery, I have been inform by Customer Service that they can only take action after 25 working days of non delivery. Shoe was dispatched on 18th October 2013. I hope your management can look into better delivery services to reach customers in the shortest time possible.
