“I really like the personal touch you get when dealing with Pediwear. Great follow up per e-mail, and sound delivery even to Sweden. Of course, the great selection of shoes is impressive as well. The fifth star in the rating is for great deals (free shoe blocks and tie!) and membership in the Loake club which gives you 10% off your next buy.”

“I recently bought a pair of Philip slippers from Drapers of Glastonbury for my boyfriend this Christmas, after finding there were cheaper on Pediwear than Drapers own site. The site was very easy to use, and I had no trouble with ordering exactly what I wanted after a very friendly email from Mike, who gave me some advice on the size I should be ordering. Delivery was quick and reliable, and the product was just perfect. Overall, a very good service, which I would highly recommend.”

“I ordered a tilley hat just before christmas and the sevice was brilliant, not only was pediwear the cheapest, but my very well packaged parcel arrived well before the stated time, which was at a very busy time of year. The lady that dispatched it had filled out the guarantee and had included a hand written note which hoped that my parcel was satisfactory, and that if there were any problems, contact information. All in all a brilliant shopping experience - would definately recommend to everyone.5 stars.”

“I had bought 3 pairs from Pediwear and another pair from a competitor over the past 2 months. Pediwear consistently delivered the better service in that they actually do have a named CS rep communicate with you before the order is processed and after it is dispatched. I had to chase up for a tracking number for my order at the competitor. If Pediwear carried more brands, I would not hesitate to purchase from them rather than at other retailers.”

“Very prompt, good prices and the shoe trees were are very useful free gift! There was also supposed to be a free tie thrown in, but I couldn't figure out how to get that added to the basket without increasing the costs. Having said that, I was in a rush at the time and it certainly wasn't a deal-breaker. Otherwise, all good and would certainly order from Pediwear again.”
