“The shoes purchased in excellent condition and arrived within the time expected. I am very happy with my online order and definitely purchase again in the near future. I am a big fan of shoes made in UK because of the quality and found that pediware offers wide range of shoes that are not availabe in my country. Pediware was very helpful with my inquiry and I am giving 5 starts rating with the services.”

“I bought a pair of Dr Martens from Pediwear in September 2011. I noticed in October 2012 that the leather had split on one of the shoes. As I am used to Dr Martens lasting for many years, I contacted Pediwear to find out if there was anything they could do. Pediwear offered to send the shoes to Dr Marten, for them to decide if it was a manufacturing fault. It took a couple of months to get a response out of Dr Marten - Pediwear were extremely apologetic about the wait. Eventually Dr Marten agreed that it was a manufacturing fault, and Pediwear happily supplied me with a new pair of shoes and refunded my postage. Particular mention should go to Adele in their customer service department, who was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Pediwear to anyone looking for great customer service, and new shoes!”
