“I was able to search the internet for an item i had never heard of before (Tilley Hat!), and identified Pediwear as a traditional respected supplier. I was able to phone the supplier (always helpful to me) and discuss issues of sizing, possibility of return etc which I found very reassuring. The ordering was easy back on the computer (often a challenge for me!) and the delivery was prompt and secure. Even the size has ended up correct - so overall a very successful experience all round. “I have now placed three orders with Pediwear for 4 pairs of Loake shoes (and some associated products). The quality, promptness and reliability of service has been exemplary. Goods ordered from Australia have arrived in 10 days or less - invariably in good condition with the "human touch" of a handwritten note expressing a wish that I was satisfied. “I've recently made two more purchases from Pediwear, totalling five over the past three or four years. ( always Loakes Royal Brogues ) Each time the service has been impeccable from order confirmation to prompt receipt. The high quality of the goods is immediately apparent. No factory outlet "seconds" here. Very happy customer.”

“Very well made, strong tough leather in a nicely designed package. The break in time with the strong leather is considerable, but worth it. Fit appears true to size. I love the color as it goes with most pants. Danite sole works well for New England winter.”

“Shipping was to my door in Melbourne within a week and at an acceptable price! I was kept informed of each step throughout and my shoes arrived without a mark to the packaging due to the way they were prepared for dispatch. I have already recommended Pediware to a colleague who was similarly impressed with his order. I will defiantly purchase from this store again.”

“Would recommend this vendor highly. All delivered as stated with regular updates from courier. Ordered a pair of Barker, Epping, Black Calf, 8, G shoes. Size exactly as I would have purchased in store. Pricing per Barkers but nice touch with shoe tree, care kit, FOC.”
