“thanks for the order. It took me quite a while to get it from customs as it was stuck there due to missing invoice inside the package. So I had to collect some papework and submit it customs before the package had been released. Would be fantastic if for the future you could put the invoice inside the package. Besides from that I am absolutely satisfied both with product and delivery. Thank you.”

Thank you for your review and your positive comments regarding the boots. I am sorry to hear of the problems you had in relation to the invoicing. Requirements for invoicing seem to vary from country to country and certainly until now we have not previously had requests for them from Belarus. “Can't fault the service and the ECCO fur lined zipped ankle boots are amazing. I made the mistake thinking they were Gore Tex lined but they do have some other weatherproof lining so only time will tell if they keep the damp out. Very smart looking boot.”

We are currently in the process of seeking a redesign of our site which will of course have to ensure that the many customers using tablet and mobile devices can purchase from us. “I have now purchased 3 pairs of Loake 1880 range shoes (Dovedale boot in tan, Otterburn in tan and Apethorne in black) and have to say the service has been awesome, the discounts available after your first purchase are truly valuable, the attention to detail with the free shoe trees and quality assuring the packaging with a name and a signature is second to none. I really appreciate high quality footwear, and Pediwear is now my go-to place for great product and service”
